Absolutely terrible experience today. I stopped in on my way to work, there was a line in the drive thru. Not a problem. I get to the speaker and am waiting. And waiting, cars keep moving up, I said hello? to try to get some service or at least acknowledgement. Still wait. I ask Hello again, still nothing. Finally after sitting at the speaker for 5-6 minutes I finally get a response, says sorry, didnt mean it at all. I place my order, which is messed up. I ask to correct it, something still isnt right and ask again. They say that they got it. I pull up, not one car left in front of me, leading me to believe they just forgot about me. No apology at the window, nothing offered for the wait, nothing. I get my food about 5 minutes later and get to work. Pull out my burrito and its wrong, with the mistake that I asked about 3 times at the speaker. I am so tired of employees that just dont care. How do they have jobs? To the Owner, get your store together and hire employees that actually want to work.

Let me start by saying I love Jack in the Box and jave been a customer since I was kid in Nevada. Ive been to this location twice in the last 4 months. First time I order a Jumbo Jack. Get home, open the bag and its a chicken sandwich. On 7/23/16 at 8:30pm we went for dinner. My husband ordered curly fries and an Ultimate Bacon burger. Not what was received (I didnt recognize which burger it was and they forgot the fries). The drive through was slow and the employees seemed more concerned about socializing. We were the only customers, both inside and drive thru. I dont care if its slow as long as the order is right. When I came back through they did fix the order. I got the distinct feeling that I was interrupting them which is pretty crappy considering I didnt want to be there a second time. ***update*** Went back on 9/10/16 and it appeared they had different staff. The order was correct and delivered fast. I updated to three stars. Will update again after another visit for consistency.

Jack in the Box was never the best place to eat, 25 min waits on drive thru, 10 min waits inside the dinning room, the food is always cold, they are always out of something. But there was something that I did like about that place, and it was an employee by the name of Kevin. Always made me feel welcomed, asked me if I needed anything else to let him know and apologized for any inconvenience. I come in on Thursday on the drive thru and ask if Kevin is here today. They tell that he got fired. How are you gonna fire your best employee? Everyone else there has an attitude and you can hear the employees making fun of us when they dont fully close the drive thru window. You guys fired the only employee that made me feel welcomed, and because of that, Im never coming back.

I havent been to this Jacka in about 4/5 months and the place is shambles!! The managers are terrible! I remember going through the drive thru and a beautiful woman was there to take my order and she was decently fast! She was super kind too! As soon as I go through this drive through, there is terrible service. People who cant operate the machinery correct! Im not sure if its new management or the usual drive thru girl has been fired! She was so kind and fast! The managers suck, and try to bribe you with the words, "love, and hun." So disgusting! Having to wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru! Full of nasty attitudes and dirty surroundings! This place needs new MANAGMENT!!! The MANAGEMENT SUCKS!! I wont be here till theres new management!! Completely crappy!

Even if theres no one ahead or behind you when you order (drive thru or walk in), youre going to be waiting a long time to get your food. Employees are hit or miss, sometimes theyre really nice and apologize but usually they dont care and they just let you sit around for 10min waiting for an order of two tacos. They rarely get the orders correct but never offer to fix them. Oh and youll find yourself screaming at the order box in the drive thru because they cant hear you and they think chicken sandwich is loaded potatoes... They also close early EVERY single night because theyre low staffed. This location is a ten minute drive for me but I drive another ten minutes just to go to a different Jack in the Box.

To jack in the box off of Mississippi and chambers in Aurora Colorado. Your cashier Kevin is an exceptional employee. Went to jack in the box after work. It was about 2:30am waiting in line as I watched the car in front of me next to the drive-through window throw a pop can full of there cigarette buds out of there window and on to the street, in front of your cashier Kevin. He keep his cool the whole time and as the car sped off I got out picked the pop can up and went to go pay for my food. Kevin the cashier was so grateful that he thanked me more than once and bought me a cheese cake. He handled the given situation very professionally to some jerk. Jack in the box you have an exceptional employee.

Very disappointed in this location on Mississippi and Chambers first time I went there and they gave me the wrong burger and they cooked a new burger which was hot juicy and tender the next two times I went there the burger meat was cold not fresh hot and juicy the burger meat tasted like McDonalds like it had been cooked at lunch 12 noon and was served at 3 pm seriously thinking about not going there for a while the service is pretty decent and the dining area is clean but the food burger meat is cold hours old milkshakes are nice at least they have whipped cream and Cherry

Unbelievably Ultra-Unacceptable. Not only will you MOST CERTAINLY be stuck in this drive through for too long, the alleged "District Manager" responds via anonymous text, refuses to provide his name, criticizes you for complaining and implies that you dont understand anything about restaurants or drive throughs and then wont communicate with you any more. The fact is all their competition has drive through times of less than 3 minutes, and their competitors have big orders pull over. NOT this place. Youll wait and as far as they are concerned YOULL LIKE IT too!

This place is never open 24 hours and if so they sat their grill is being cleaned therefore you cant order anything unless its fried it no one is there this had happened on 4 occasions so dont expect them for a late night snack or a munchie meal as they say they dont serve them but they do cause I have ordered them on several occasions on the chance that they are open which is rare! :-( worst jack in the box Ive ever been too cause of the above and the fact that you are sitting in the drive through for 20 mins if they do make your food
