Ok... so I really do like taco bell. Ive always had great service and the food looks good. BUT.. here we go.. I go through the drive thru, order, pay but when we look at the food we get someone elses order. Now I know it happens sometimes so I go in and the first thing I see is 3 girls by the window talking and laughing .. Okay.... One of the girls comes up to me and I explain that I didnt get the right order and she had to make it again cuz they gave my order to the trucking behind me. And ik it isnt a super quick order and go thing so I wait... about 5 -8 minutes later. The 3 girls are still standing by the window talking while the other 2 are actually working, I get my order, I get a free tiny enpanada, then head home.... If I had messed up an order I would have made sure the food looked a lot better then what I got... I was still missing a taco (okay...) 2 of the tacos BARELY had and meat in them (Seriously???), NO lettuce or tomato......, and my Chalupas were super cold...... I never make bad reviews but really.... come on at least make the food edible! How would you feel if you got that? Ik you would not be happy either.... if I could I would only give the 2 girls a rating the rest of it would be 0 stars

10:58.... I pulled through the drive thru and waited a couple minutes for someone to greet, no one did so I said hello.... waited a couple more minutes after checking the hours online and said hello again... no answer waited a couple more minutes (waited at least 15 minutes) and drove off angry.... YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION NEED TO BE THE HOURS YOU HAVE POSTED ONLINE AND ON THE DOOR!!!! IT DOESNT MATTER IF IT GETS SLOW, IT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD FOR BUSINESS WHEN YOU CLOSE AN HOUR EARLY!!! Seems to be run by some young inexperienced, slacker teenagers who dont care about their jobs.... Calling your district manager.. Ive been working since I turned 14, and if I ever in any job closed the store/restaurant/ Or gas station before closing hours especially that early Id loose my job... Words of wisdom: Your manager can replace you just as easily as they hired you...

The wife and I have been to this restraunt many timea and why we keep going back I dont know...First of all the service is really slow and most of the time the place is a mess...The people mainly wait on the drive through no matter how many people are standing in line....One time we waited for 20 minutes to order and then another 30 to get our food while other people were still waiting to get theres and they were there long before us...if it were up to me it would be a manager change and some serious cleaning....Place is a total wreck...Customer service is a zero ...cleanlines is a 1 at best and management is a negative 5...

I cant even tell you the order number because they gave us a receipt for 10.73 paid for with a visa. When our order was $45.00. paid for with cash. Then even though we asked the clerk at the drive up if all of our items were in the bags, and she appeared to be annoyed that we would ask, we got home and 3 items are missing.Along with this they had no hot sauce. Sick of poor service.

Ive eaten here with no issues until today. It is about 5pm and the doors are locked... sign says dine in open till 10pm. There seems to be confusion about when the Rockies win... running out of "product." There is a man in here yelling at the staff about his diabetes and needs to eat. The staff is yelling back! Wow... Hopefully I dont get charged for this order. Im leaving...

Taco Bell par The staff here is like most other places. There are 1 or 2 who are super friendly and delightful to talk to. The rest are just working and helpful as they want to be. Food tends to take a bit longer. Overall, like any other taco Bell. I would advise to keep driving if you notice the line is full of you want your food without a long wait.

took a while to get our food, we came in at 8:30 pm, few of the tables were cleaned, majority of them were dirty, other than that good food, my fiance asked for no cheese and no meat on her taco salad, they put cheese on it and one of the workers was very rude, the lead person apologized for her, still shouldnt talk to customers like that.

Very good taco bell. The girl was polite and spoke clearly and gave me a beautiful smile when giving me my food. I only had to wait seconds for it too. I even ordered a burrito with green sauce no onions and they got it right. They also rolled it very nicely! Im actually impressed. Great service can really make your day

Cleanest Taco Bell Ive ever visited. The staff is amazing. Very kind and helpful. The food is sooo much better than most Taco Bells, and you definitely get what you order. Clean tables, always wiped down. Very spotless bathroom. There less than two weeks ago, and we always hit in on the way to or back from Denver.

Most of the time we come here the service is very slow. It is typically fairly clean but its usually a hit or miss when it comes to fast service. Today there was 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru and it took 40 minutes. Sometimes it takes less. But average on good and bad days is about 5 minutes a vehicle.

Order accuracy is just about 100% 98% of the time. Just kidding. I dont think Ive had any real issues with the service. If there is ever an issue it is quickly attended to and rectified.Usually short wait times on dine in and drive thru service. Always friendly and helpful staff. Usually. : )

When there tonight and ordered a quesarito and got a rice burrito thats all that was in it they really need to pay attention to what is ordered and when I tried to call to let them know that my order was messed up their number went to someones home number or wouldnt even let me call at all

Just watched the food maker hack without covering her mouth over the entire prep area. Asked the manager if shes sick ... he said, "oh, no. Shes just lost her voice," in a tone as if that made it o.k.. Nasty. ... walked out, no food from that nasty place.

This taco Bell is much better food wise than the other in town but takes forever to get your food. There never seems to be a visible manager working. Fast food just became slow food.

Always closed prior to posted hours. On a Saturday night, sign and Internet says 1 am. Stopped at 1145 and they were closed. This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened.

Sunday at 1 pm so far 5 min wait to take order, 10 min waiting for order so far!!! This is terrible! Now everyone in here is obviously pissed, though this was fast food.
