My past review, I had a few bad experiences with the food and service at Kneaders, when they first opened months ago. As I said before, weve always loved Kneaders from Utah, so when we saw one had opened up in Castle Rock, we were super excited. But I feel what makes a place great isnt just its great food, but its customer service, and this Kneaders months after opening couldnt get closer to both great food and amazing customer service. Although Kneaders had a rocky start upon opening to my personal review, the owner contacted me about my review and asked us to please try Kneaders again on them. The owner was so respectful and kind to my opinion and was more than happy for us to try Kneaders again hoping that after spending the last few months to get Kneaders up to the Kneaders everyone knows and loves, that we would feel the same. So getting our favorites, the Turkey, bacon, and Avocado - which had plenty of meat and a ton of avocado which I love, was super yummy and home made tasting, the sugar cookies - which were soft and so good, so good my husband kept eating our kids cookies to the kids dismay because they loved them too, and eclairs, because Ive always loved those eclairs. Everything we ordered and ate was definitely the Kneaders we know and love from Utah and I was super excited that although they had a few kinks when they first opened, theyve seemed to pull it all together. Honestly, the owner was the most respectful person Id ever met in dealing with a complaint. Like I said before, Im a picky eater, and I like my food as if I made it, so when Kneaders made this more than right through amazing customer service, and now amazing food, it says a lot that the owner was willing to make it right in more ways than one. Well, although Im super excited that Kneaders is now the Kneaders I know and love, my husband may not be as excited because hell be making a lot more stops to Kneaders on his way home from work! : )

Food is generally good and pastries are better. The employees are always polite too. Problem is you better have a long time to spend there, inside or in the drive thru. My first trip i went inside and bought only pastries, brownies etc., I stood waiting for 23 minutes inside for someone to reach into the pastry case and put brownies in a bag. My second trip was about a 10 minute wait for cupcakes which was much better except i was given the wrong items. My third and final visit for awhile was a trip through the drive thru on a Saturday at 9:00 am. I was the second car that pulled up. I waited for the first car to get his order for 15 minutes at the window which I feel is way too long to wait in a drive thru. After that wait my food was barely luke warm and clearly spent a long time sitting on the counter while I waited in the line.

I have been to kneaders more time than I would like to admit since they opened. I LOVE their food and customer service has ALWAYS been wonderful!! You cant expect perfection so I made a suggestion one time and they listened! The wait has been overall no big deal, mostly it is fast. Its freshly made so its not fast food that way :) I will keep returning many many times! Love the food, frozen drinks, desserts and little shop!

I normally love Kneaders and everything it has to offer. I came at 8:00 at this location for the first time and felt very unwelcome. They were doing very many closing tasks which made me almost feel I had to apologize for coming in 2 hours before close. They forgot one of the pastries in my order and the food was nothing to rave about. Very unsatisfied.

had the club sandwich and the poblano & cheddar soup. Then sampled (with my wife) an eclair and cannoli. Everything was wonderful. Great quality food, charming atmosphere, ultra-personable customer srevice. Overall outstanding experience. I would say that although delicious, the cannoli filling was not in the style of real east-coast Italian canoli.

I agree with Jessica and Jen! This was the worst experience I’ve had trying to get a meal. Even with an adult manager it is out of control. Seems as though they are managing and she has no control let along the ability to manager. I can’t emphasize enough the Knead to stay away from this place!!

We really like going to Kneaders. The food is better tasting and better value than Panera. However, I was disappointed to find out today that they do not have WiFi. For a cafe/bakery to not have WiFi these days is not customer focused. Get WiFi...your customers want it!

I went on opening day and while the line was crazy long, the food was really very good and the line bustled fairly quickly. The staff was very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend Kneaders if you are looking for a fresh meal and are tired of Panera options.

great place! from the second you walk in you can see its been well thought out. and the fact that they offer Lavazza coffee was an added bonus-most bakeries cut corners on their coffee offerings. also, Lauri at the register exemplifies customer service-so refreshing!

We were thrilled that Kneaders had soups available at 8:30am. I enjoyed a delicious Greek Omelette while my daughter had broccoli and cheese soup and a chicken salad on a fresh baked croissant sandwich. It was hard choosing a dessert as the selection was enormous.

Service was great. I had a chicken salad sandwich and salad... It would have been nice to actually have chicken in my CHICKEN salad.. there were just a couple pieces. Very dissapointing. My salad was brown so I skipped it altogether...

The bread here is very good. Its as close to a small bakery taste as you can get. The staff is fast, even if the customers arent always. Very nice, polite, and clean place to eat. Ordering online and picking up is always good too.

So delicious! I LOVE the turkey bacon avocado on foccacia bread. The bread, the turkey, the everything! The tres leche cake is really good too. You need to open a store in the west metro area though.

Absolutely no options for people with diet restrictions. Everything has gluten and dairy....everything. This is the first restaurant I have been to in a long time where I literally could not eat

Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich only to be told they were out of croissants. Then was called a liar, telling me Id only been there 6 minutes. Took a total of 30 minutes for my order.

Our family loves kneaders. Great for any meal! The staff here is always very friendly. It can get busy around typical breakfast or lunch time so we like to go a little early to beat the rush.

The food is really good. I am especially impressed with the kids meals- they are a great value! The drive-thru seems to take awhile, but the food is worth the wait.

Great food and great prices. Dont forget that they sell pastries, bread and let made from scratch items to take home. Polite and fun stay with great personality.
