This place is not worth it for the prices they charge. The quantities on the sandwiches are so ridiculously small, and there are almost no customization options. As a person that does physical labor, I expect a good amount of calories on an 8 inch sandwich when I pay upwards of $8 (Especially from a place that is advertised as started by firemen). Instead, they use bread thats half as narrow as a normal sub and then load up only a portion of it with filling. Also, they yell at you when you walk in the door as their "company greeting" and get in your face right away asking what you want before you can even look at the menu. Though I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, because the flavors are pretty good. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this place to any working class people, youre just wasting your money.

Terrible customer service!!! Went into the store and there were six people working. There was only one other person there, but I didnt know I was supposed to go to the register to order. I stood there for 2 minutes and nobody acknowledged that I was standing there looking ready to order. When I spoke to the guy making sandwiches, he very rudely told me that he doesnt take orders. I almost walked out for their terrible customer service, but decided to give them a second chance. The sandwich was good, so thats why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, I will not be returning.

Great group of employees always quick and friendly to great everybody at the door. Almost every time I go in there the food is perfect. And if they mess up they own up to it. They dont try and blame you like most fast food restruant chains do. They admit there mistake and are quick to fix I always drive to castle rock just to go to firehouse because they are so friendly!

I was the only one in this shop, it took them 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches because they had messed them up once and remade them, I finally left and when I got home to eat, the sandwiches were made incorrectly again, I called and complained and the manager said she would send coupons in the mail, I have NEVER received the coupons. Very disappointed.

Holy cow what a great Philly. The flavor was outstanding. The bread was really good. Everyone smiled and said hi. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. I took it to go, but I like the fact that they have time of options for sauces and add ons. My son wanted to go back for dinner, but we live 5 hrs away so no go. Highly recommended.

I just cant justify paying 9 bucks for a 1 inch long sub, a bag of chips, and a small drink. I came in today because I heard there was a 5 dollar deal, but thats only from 2pm-5pm. Funny how what they call a "snack combo" is $9 any time outside of 2pm-5pm.

Always love fire house! We come at least once a week and its almost always a perfect sandwich pending on the time you come. Sometimes the sandwiches are not consistent but still good.
