Ordering online....You can get a group order going where everyone can setup their own order....send the order through the internet then at the time you specified go pick it up from the second counter. Very fast, easy and effective......UNTIL they get your order wrong. Today, (11/5/2014), I placed an order online through their website with my group. I went to pick it up was told they are back ordered on pickles, had a slight wait but all out quick and easy. I get back to my office to enjoy this lovely bun-less burger bowl with an extra patty and plethora of toppings....until...I only see one patty and the toppings have been better before. It was still delicious nonetheless. I called to inform them of the issue as I paid for an extra patty. I spoke with a male who really didnt have a clue what he should do, he even stated well you can come back to pick the patty up, or maybe get a discount on another meal then I heard him talking to his manager who then came on the phone. Carmen, how do I tell you, your presentation was terrible. Carmen proceeded to tell me that she made my order and she knows she put 3 patties. I said no maam you didnt, you only put one and I took picture of it before I ate it. Carmen if you would have checked your facts before you spoke you would have known that I only needed 2 patties. Carmen, please check your work before you send it off. This should go without saying. Any way, I wont be coming back here because of this incident. I usually drive there for my group to pick up lunch....that wont be happening anymore 5 guys. You might have good burgers, but I can get a good burger anywhere your customer service stinks and maybe you should look into revamping this. I know you tried to reach out but failed miserably in responding to me... Still havent been back .

The prices are ridiculous for what you get. For more than $8 youll get a McDonalds sized silver dollar cheese burger with fries and a drink, the burger patty is so small that it only covers a little more than half the bun. If you want a burger sized for an adult then be prepared to walk away around $10 poorer. The high prices are likely because the toppings are "free", well they obviously arent really free, you just have to pay for them whether you want them or not. The food itself is good but not great, for their prices you can get a MUCH better burger at many other places (for instance, Broadway Deli, which is right next to them). The fries are quite good, but because they give you a huge amount they are also expensive, but at least you actually get your moneys worth unlike the burgers. This would be a good place to go for your lunch break if the prices were sane, but as it stands its one of the worst deals you could possibly get for a burger. Take your money elsewhere.

I cant believe another reviewer said that the taste between Five Guys and Mcdonalds is "trival". Really????? The difference between Five Guys and Mcdonalds is soooo vastly different that I cant imagine ANYONE could taste even ONE similarity between the two. Anyways! Im not trying to dismiss anyone elses opinion or anything like that! I would totally recommend Five Guys to anyone who has never been. Its so melt in your mouth delicious, and the fries are to die for! Some people think its pricey, but considering that you can add any amount of toppings without extra cost, I think the price is reasonable. Obviously not a $1 "burger" you can get at fast food places, but I mean come on, is it really THAT unreasonable to pay about $5 dollars for a GOOD burger? I think not.

April 19th was the first time that my bf and I had eaten there. The lady taking orders saw we were new and helped us out with what the meal consisted of. We ordered sat down and started talking about the looks and the atmoshpere around us. It was clean and well put together and for a fast food resturant pretty darn nice. Got our food and it was delicious! A lot of fries, right size hamburger and free refills. Then we see the manager yelling at the cleaning boy in FRONT of customers saying he didnt do this right or even do this.... Not only once did she yell at him but multiple times! I know he was embarrassed and I was appaled at how the manager handled the situation. It should have been taking behind closed doors.

I love Five Guys burgers. Theyre great. And their fries are amazing. I had to edit this review though because its been going downhill. Not with the quality of flavor of food, but the customer service. Today I ordered a Bacon Burger with Onions and Pickles. What I got was a cheese burger with tomatoes. Like, are you guys just putting whatever you want? Should it really be my responsibility to look at the receipt to ensure you got my order correct? This has happened probably 3 or 4 times in the past few months. I guess Ill have to start going to Smashburger or something instead. Edit 2: Back up to 4 stars. I have gone here a few times since this review and the service has been good. Keep it up, Five Guys.

Five Guys still has some of the best burgers and fries in Colorado Springs. They are a quick serve restaurant (not fast food) that can get an order out quickly and efficiently. They have the cool new coke machine that lets you mix in flavors into the soda, and the burgers also allow as many free toppings as you want. The theme of five guys is choice, and you can get a great meal here. The fries are plentiful and overflowing in the bag, and even a small fries is very filling. The prices are decent and you will certainly be full after a lunch here.

Five Guys is always a good choice when youre looking for delicious American Hamburgers and Fries! The fun tip for fries is get a "little" and while the cup is small the bag is always full of them! The customer service here the last time I visited wasnt the best from some but everyone seemed to be very helpful and attentive. Prices are great and good quality/portions are good too! It is a quick and easy way to enjoy some delicious food!

Always quick and cooked fresh! Employees are aways friendly, and efficient. Every time I take an order to go, they fill up my bag with extra fries too (They also have the best fries in Colorado Springs). I have eaten here many times, and still look forward to my next visit. Im glad to see a few of these Five Guys stores popping up around southern Colorado!

Way over priced run of the mill burgers that extraordinarily greasy (even so for a burger and I like my burgers a bit greasy) and limp flavorless fries. I was amazed for 2 small burgers, 1 regular size burger, a large order of fries and 3 small drinks cost us $30. Cant say I will ever give this place a try again :(

The eloquent flavors of the perfectly cooked beef patty and the golden brown French fries created a satisfaction like none other. The ketchup and mustard created a sensation as if the two were having a party within my mouth. It is also important to note that they did not forget the pickles. I am pizza totinos boy.
