I have been a loyal customer of this Panera bread for almost three years now and todays experience was enough to have me stop being a customer and seek my lunch break spot elsewhere. Ever since new people have been hired in the past few weeks has the customer service been truly falling apart. My to go order was a large mac and cheese, and chips, very simple. The bag was given to me in seconds of ordering with no chips, no spoon, and the wrapped up mac and cheese covered in legit crumbs from the cooking counter. It was disgusting. Before I noticed the mac and cheese , I went to the counter and asked for a spoon. The stoned male worker with darker skin in his 20s, proceeded, to stare at me as I asked him three more times for a spoon, to eat my food with, and his coworkers looked on in laugter. In moments, a frustrated mom came in complaining about her food that was also wrong, they did not even hear her out or apologize to her! I saw , what I believe to be, the manager , an older woman with tied back long black hair in a braid, she has worked there for the three yrs Ive been coming. She didnt even look the woman in the eye and just handed her a new sandwhich. Sad. I work at guitar center as a manager and unless you are blind to me coming 5 days a week to your restaurant, you should know who I am. Amy at the front with the heart shaped glasses is amazing and a true representation of great service. She always greets me with a smile and truly cares about my day and getting the order right. Maybe she should train the rest of the staff..... Sad to say I sit here at native foods next door on my iPad as I write this and I think Ive found my new lunch spot ! If you guys want to remedy this situation , I can be contacted at this email on google. Thanks.

Grrrrr, not happy. Stopped here on my way back to my office from cancer treatment, bitter cold snowy day. Ordered chicken tortelli. There is a one dollar difference between the small and the large so I asked how big is the small. She showed me a bowl that was quite large enough for my appetite. When I got back to my office it was way smaller than I expected, in a flat cardboard kind of dish. Also, I was offered bread chips or apple. I avoid bread and prefer apples but I usually find their apples tasteless, except for one time in the past. So I went to try to look at the apples. I was confronted by a staff. What do you need? Not friendly. I want to look at the apples to see what kind they are (they typically have no color). They are Gala apples she said. Ok, so I got an apple. Got back to my office, they are the usual colorless tasteless apples. And finally, they pushed for their cookies, only .99. So I ordered one. This is my only meal today, as I work until 9pm. Got back to my office NO COOKIE, darn. So I called. Just come back and get it she said. I cant, Im at my office and cant get away that long to drive back. Well just credit your account and give you a free one next time. Okay, well that doesnt solve my problem tonight. I found her to be insensitive and unfriendly. So here I sit with my salad, my little bit of tortellini and no cookie. And Im still hungry. grrrrr

I needed a quick breakfast to bring to my office, without bread. I just really wanted eggs. You would think this would be a simple task, but it isnt. I saw Panera and wondered what their menu had to offer. Everything for breakfast, pretty much, was in bread form. Chondria, the lovely Lady who took my order through the drive through, went above and beyond to help me out. She offered to scramble up some eggs in an order that went along with steak, fresh avocado and tomatos. The unique breakfast was perfect, and healthy! She even offered me a cup of coffee that was a mis poor from the person in front of me who had changed their mind. She was so very kind, it just made my morning wonderful! I have now found my new breakfast spot and am looking forward to seeing Chondria again. Thank You Chondria : ) Dee

Theyre ALWAYS out of soufflés... They are so good and too often I will order online for in-store pick up (thinking Im reserving one, right?) and when I get there they say, sorry what can I get you instead? Blehhhh! Also, they never include silverware in to-go orders, which has been frustrating if I forget to ask first... Otherwise its a good spot, maybe too good. Its always packed with patrons doing work and job interviews and stuff; always busy. But they got a drive thru. The food is good but ya its pricey... More soufflés! Ommnomnonommm!!!

This store has no concept of customer service. Placed a large catering order which they incorrectly billed. Found out a few weeks later on my credit card statement. Spoke with Chris the manager who was going to tale care of it and email me.confirmation. Of course he did neither. I called him 5 days after he was suoposed to have emailed me and left a message, which he has still yet to return almost 2wks later. Pretty ridiculous that they wont even respond or follow through when it was THEIR error to begin with. THey just a cuatomer.

I was surprised at this Panera. The first time I went in all 4 teas were out from 6 till closing and customers were upset at the wait for their food. Then this last time they were out of forks. A guy was given his salad and a spoon. Man asks for a fork and the employee says they are out because they are all dirty. A long awkward pause ensued before he asks for a fork again and the employee begrudgingly says he will go clean one.

Food was fine but the staff was super unprofessional. Loud, personal conversations (sad story of how taxing brushing teeth can be!), and took until we were about done eating for my daughter to get her "frozen" lemonade (was anything but frozen - but the semi-adult making it was pretty distracted by horse play and personal conversations so not surprised by the product received. Could not believe I was in a Panera!

Disgusted. Went through the drive through, the lady working here had blood on her face, arms and hands from pimples she was picking at. Threw away my food after she got blood on it. This is just not acceptable, they were huge blood holes in her face and because she was picking them it was everywhere!!!!! Why wouldnt any employee send her home to clean up if she had an issue. There was over 10 open wounds on her!!!!!

215 pm this store did not have any cherry danish or much to choose from a couple of cookies left and maybe two pastries, this location didnt have any pastry to choose from and looked like customers were coming in.I was disappointed to be sure. I usually frequent the Arvada,Downtown and Aurora locations and its never been an issue . Ive never seen it so bone dry to the point where there is no choices.
