A good burger, but not one blessed by Jesus as most would have you believe. But then no buger is nor was ever meant to be as it begins life by grinding meat unsuited to being steak. (Some people seem to shout about burgers as if they had an epiphany.) Made to order from fresh never frozen beef and beef hot dogs with the toppings you desire. Not avant-garde cuisine, just traditional American burgers with or without American cheese. (Your only cheese option.) A coolio drink machine sporting thousands of Coke product possible combinations. NO shakes. FRIES. Good steak style fries which means that its physically impossible to get crispy delicious fries here, dont be stupid and order them extra crispy, theyre cut too thick for you to ever get McDonalds style here. Enjoy a stride on the girthy fry side, tasty. Lastly, this is a burger and fries joint only and a pricey one at that. Speed varies but is fastest at busy times and they will always make things right. Always.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They do not care about their customers. Ordered pickup 45 minutes ahead of time. I got there, and a few people in line. I was told I would have to wait. I was on my lunch break. I did not have time to wait, hence ordering a pick up. Getting pushed to the back of the line is not okay. Went back in for a refund that day and was told no, but Id get a email voucher from manager next day. I did not get an email. Went back in and they lost my email address! Still got denied a refund, gave them my email again and was told Id hear back by end of day. Two days later. Still no email. Thanks five guys for screwing me out of my lunch on long busy work day, and robbing me.

Sucked...dry bread, employee cussing and quit abruptly. 1 piece of beacon on burger and missed all the rest we asked for. Had to go back twice to get what I asked for and paid for. I would have given a big 0 if I could. Just got back in town from a Mexico vacation eating Mexican food for a week and looked forward to a burger. Not only the worst burgers that cost us way to much, the people that severed and produced the burger spoke broken English and got it all wrong. Will never go back again and will tell everyone this place sucks. Come on owners, we dont deserve this type of service!!! we are not a third world. I know first hand, I just spend a week in one.

Very dirty. Order taker was impatient, order was taken incorrectly so delivered food was wrong. Observed several employees not doing anything except standing around and it took 19 minutes from order to delivery (we received our order before the patrons that ordered before us, but it was obnoxiously wrong). Burger toppings had obviously been sitting out for quite a while. Should have listened to the little voice going off that the reason this location is so dead is that their service and food suck.

This chain is okay. Thats it. It bothers me about their arrogance boasting how they are the best. Theres a board on the wall with postcards acting like customers wrote them they all were clearly written by one or two workers. The cockiness of this 13 dollar burger and fry (no drink) makes me never wanna come back. If youre good people will come dont put on the fascade. Burger tastes okay.not great. Cajun fries made me cough.

I tried Five Guys for the first time today. When I saw that a cheeseburger, smallest drink and smallest fries were going to run $12, I decided to skip the fries. The double cheeseburger was really good, but not worth coming back when a basic combo meal will cost as much as it does here. Bottom line - the burger was really good, but not good enough to come here frequently at these prices.

Whenever Im in town with the fiancé I convince him to eat here since we dont have one in Kansas. I really like the burgers (and the soda machines!) and love the amount of fries they give you! Wish the prices were a little cheaper, but you certainly get a lot of delicious food for the price you pay for!

Dont order online they wont make it till you get there. On top of that they wont even make it properly! Ordered a burger with BBQ sauce and onions, instead I received a burger with no onions and Mayo. Unacceptable, never going to this five guys again.

Love the burgers. So juicy and made exactly to order. They give you a ton of fries! They arent my favorite fries but I dont like the big soft ones. Service is friendly and great. Good place to bring the kids.

Food is way overpriced. Cant get a decent meal under $15. Staff does not speak English, so they call out the wrong numbers for orders. Takes about 10-20 minutes for your order to be made. Food is gross.

Excellent burgers from a simplistic menu. The all you want toppings are great although the mushrooms were not super tasty. Note that the regular menu burgers has double the patties.

Hard to beat a 5 guys burgers. Normal burger is 2 patties. Small is 1 patty. Normal fry is an XL. Great burgers. Get some fro-yo afterwards next door.
