I tried ordering for delivery; this woman on the phone could not communicate with me to save her life. "I need number." is the first question she asks, I couldnt understand anything she had said previous to this except for "Saigon Dragon" when she answered. I tried telling her my number 4 times and everytime she read it back wrong. Finally got it down by speaking one number every 5 seconds and her reading each number back to me after I gave it to her. Then we had the wonderful task of trying to get my address. Took at least 4 minutes for just that. Once we got past this, she started talking so fast and in such a heavy accent I couldnt understand a single thing she was saying; so I asked "Im really sorry, but I could speak to another person such as a manager?" Trying to be as polite as I could before she acted offended and started talking even faster. I finally hung up. Good job losing a ready to pay customer. Please, have someone who can speak clear English :/

Weve ordered multiple times from Saigon Dragon. Being vegan, on previous occasions we specified that we did not want egg/dairy/meat. On the previous occasions this request did not raise an issue. On the most recent occasion, we were told they could not meet our request because *they didnt know the ingredients in the items we were ordering*. Keep in mind, these were standard, core items on their menu. Two reasons this is troubling: #1 on previous occasions when it apparently wasnt a problem, apparently it was an issue, but they simply took our menu without noting the problem; #2 this restaurant isnt exactly bargain fast food. Id expect for what we are charged, the kitchen might know the ingredients in their food. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, wont be eating here again, and will be telling others we had recommended the restaurant to that they should avoid.

My husband and I come here all the time, so much in fact that the servers know us when we come in and know what dishes we like and specific things we omit. We absolutely love this Chinese restaurant. The servers are very friendly and nice with great service. Their food is amazing and Ive rarely ever gotten anything I didnt like. Their won ton soup is delicious! I also really love their spring rolls, dumplings, chicken w/vegetables, cashew chicken, chicken fried rice, chicken low mein and orange chicken. Their lunch specials are great - big portions of food for a low price and it beats any fast food or sandwich shop. If you live in the area, this is the best Chinese place around town (and weve tried them all.) Highly recommend!!

Food was what you would expect from a fast food/frozen TV dinner meal. I made a "to-go" order of 4 different items and it was done within 5 minutes and I was out the door. The fried rice was not "fried" at all, but instead in a steamer with soy sauce and all other food taste like it has been sitting around waiting for me to order it. It didnt taste awful, but I would never return, there are much better places out there that actually cook their food to order.

Easily the best Chinese in the Broomfield area. I travel a lot and dont hand out glowing reviews very often, but Saigon Dragon has very good food and wonderful, friendly service. The war wonton and Pho are great as are the drunken noodles and orange beef/shrimp! They are kind of hidden in this shopping center so seek them out and give them a try. We need to keep good family-run businesses in Broomfield - not another PF Changs please!

Throughout the 2 years Ive been going here, Ive never experienced anything less then 4 star food and service. The food isnt as good as other chinese-food places I know of, that are a couple miles out. But it is quality food, quality service. And its always fast delivery, I love this place, in 2016 going into 2017. Its only gotten better, Worth trying, you might just fall in love.

First time and last time we come here, food is decent, but if you are a party of 4 or more a tip of 15% is added automatically to your bill. We where a party of 5, 2 adults and 2 kids and one infant, we got this tip charge. Asked and they said party of 4 or more you get this charge.

By far THE BEST CHINESE IVE EVER HAD! I absolutely love their wonton soup and their sesame chicken is the best, it was perfectly crispy on the outside.. i could go on and on about the food. We ordered delivery and it was here within 10 min. Definitely our new favorite spot.

Ordered grilled chicken rice plate and chicken is thin and kinda chewy, and chicken portion is small. In addition, the egg roll was burnt. It was basically a bunch of rice, a little bit of chewy thin chicken, and a burnt egg roll. Hardly seems worth $10 to me.

Finally a good delivery Chinese place near us! Much better than any other option nearby. Food comes really quick usually too, hot and crispy. If you do carry out, they are really nice and you can grab a beer at the bar while you wait. Worth a try.

Beware if you have a nut allergy! I have ordered twice from this place, reiterating countless times that I am severely allergic to nuts, and have had allergic reactions both times, despite their many promises that my food would be nut-free.

Absolutely loved this place. They are so fast and have huge portions. They brought the kids food out with our appetizers which was amazing. They are all so nice! Loved the service, very clean restaurant too. Would recommend to a friend!

One of the best Asian restaurants in this area. The food comes out pretty quick and they serve pretty big portions. Even the small pho will contain a good amount of meat and noodles. Place is very clean and employees are really polite.

Do NOT order the pho... I go to a lot of pho restaurants, and this was the worst. How do you even make the broth sweet? I would give it 1 star but I did enjoy the pao pao platter that I got. Maybe the food is good but the pho is awful.

Nothing about this place really stands out, but nothing was particularly bad. Its in a strip mall, and the decor is run of the mill. The food is fine but nothing special. If Im in the area, Saigon Dragon will do just fine.

Great food, I dont eat meat and many locations vegetarian menus leave a lot to be desired. However, Saigon Dragon has great quality and variety. Not to mention the impeccable service, all the workers are extremely nice.

Just moved into the area and this is the closest Chinese. After three attempts my wife and i are driving further for take out. The food is fair at best. The dishes ive ordered have been too oily and lacking in spice

This is our go to Chinese restaurant. The food is always great and the portions are big. Really nice wait staff and we are always seated immediately. I love that they have kids meals.
