Just thought you would enjoy this review. :-) JP Nori Sushi Where do I begin with JP Nori? How about, a breathtaking Asian cuisine restaurant full of authenticity, and food fit for a king. Yes, that sounds about right. When you walk into JP Nori the changing lights in the entryway, the tinkling of forks and knives, and smells floating from the kitchen overwhelm your senses and suddenly you are thinking with your stomach, and not your head. As I walked to the table being lead by the waiter I was in this trance thinking only of how my stomach grumbled oh so badly and how my mouth practically watered gallons in my mouth. I couldnt wait to order everything on the menu! I started with the Teriyaki Salmon. A grilled salmon with vegetables drizzled in teriyaki sauce comes forth on a sizzling skillet accompanied by an aroma so strong even the strictest critic would not be able to resist the mouthwatering temptation. A tasty meal for even the pickiest of kids. Spicy garlic butter shrimp, where do I even start? The shrimp is perfectly sauteed with mixed juicy vegetables accompanied by a spicy garlic butter sauce so ambrosial vampires would gorge themselves. Another delectable meal for meat lovers all over is the sriracha beef. Beef stir fried with mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, and basil surrounded in a Thai spicy sriracha sauce is guaranteed to make any non vegetarian stop and stare at the dish with gaping jaws and watering mouths. A sushi place located next to laundromat? While JP Nori is in fact located next to “Drip ‘N Dry Laundromat” and “The Toad Tavern”, it’s rated 4.5 stars and with a price range of $11-$30, it’s easy to see why so many Asian cuisine lovers drop in to 5302 S Federal Cir, Littleton, CO, 80123 to get a truly palatable taste. JP Nori has not only excellent food but amazing service as well. the waiters make friendly conversation while serving you and even if the wait for food was only 2 minutes they still apologize for it! I wish I was that humble! Even if they’re humble they still take great pride in their work. Especially the chefs. You can immediately tell they take the extra time to make dishes for the waiters to give out as complementary dishes and sweet treats. Just smelling the kitchen makes my mouth water with anticipation. The gold statue of Buddha gives a relaxing feel to the room as people for once stop looking at their phones and stop to smell the sushi bar. While I sincerely enjoy the restaurant, a few perks may agitate some people and prevent them from getting their full experience. While no TV is a plus for me and a chance to make conversation with something other than my phone, many people love to watch sports or keep up on the latest news while waiting for or even while eating their meal. JP Nori serves excellent food and has even better service and yet is incomplete without outdoor seating. While outdoor seating would be hard next to a laundromat in a shared complex, some people enjoy a nice breeze ruffling their hair while they dig into their dynamite roll. JP Nori would not suffer if they found a way to include both of these things. JP Nori is not a bad restaurant without outdoor seating and TV however, it is quite the opposite. The dishes are out of this world, and the service is indescribable. The food never wavers in its seemingly endless pursuit to satisfy skeptical tastes and picky foodies. The friendly environment makes it easy to sit back and relax, while the chefs create fine pieces of edible art. Even if you can’t come and enjoy the restaurant, they do deliver their ambrosial dishes straight to your front door, so you can enjoy their creations at home. At 4.5 stars and an active website to check out, drop on by to JP Nori for an authentic Asian cuisine taste sure to make your jaw drop, eyes bulge, and mouth water.

Food is pretty good, although quite pricey(2 rolls, 3 sushi, fried rice and soup was $47). Weve ordered out from her 2-3 times since moving to the neighborhood. Typically once you have 2 rolls, and a couple of sushi pieces the all in cost is $40-$50 dollars. I actually ordered today and was quite upset with an interaction on a simple request for Ponzu sauce. I asked that they replace the 4-5 soy sauces in our bag with 2-3 ponzu sauce instead and was instructed by the manager/and co-owner there was a charge for ponzu sauce. I asked to discuss this with the manager being that I was spending $50 on a pickup order, and thought they would be able to just give me the sauce. Victor told me it was their policy to charge. Ive eaten at what I feel are better restaurants (Sushi Sasa, Sushi Den, etc) where they will absolutely replace the soy with ponzu at no charge. In our conversation I gave Victor every opportunity to make an exception based on the order size, the fact that I was ordering out and using none of their resources. I also found it really ironic that JP Nori offers in store discounts for Yelp reviews, and Victor never thought to consider that a bad customer experience might lead to a bad customer review of said experience.(they have offered % discounts on yelp reviews they can verify) I cannot speak for everyone, but in my opinion I think their food is good, not great. Restaurant is small and in a unique and kind of different area. Based on the cost, quality, and my overall customer experience, it will be easy for me to look for other alternatives or just travel to the sushi restaurants that provide great quality and a great customer experience on a going forward basis.

This new little place is sure to become a neighborhood favorite. The talkative sushi chefs will not leave you bored sitting at their bar. They may even try to lure you into buying the last two sea urchins. Looking at the menu youll be pleasantly surprised that theres not a roll over $13 and some of the staple rolls like a philly or rainbow roll are about $1 less than most places. Take one of their recommendations. Our guy made a roll that he invented with seared tuna over a blow torch. Thats right people - see the photos. It was like watching an artist put together his final piece for a show. Layer upon layer he continued to add decor to the roll until it was go all ready to consume. I wanted to invent a word for the flavor explosion in my mouth. I didnt want it to stop. Flavor explosion, keep going keep going. Another bite - WHAAAABAAAAMM. It was something like that. A symphony meets dynamite. My wife is smacking her lips at this point because her belly is soooo happy and she loves me sooooo much because I take her to sushi for our date night. Moving on to some other rolls they recommended and concluding with a treat they delivered spread out like a piece of art on a plate - mochi. I LOVE mochi. Ironically it took 2 sushi chefs and 1 host to explain what it was before we decided to have them bring it out. "Its like sushi rice ice cream." "Yeah, like rice paper and mango ice cream." I was expecting a piece of nigiri with ice cream being the top but its mochi boys. "MO-Chee." Mochi me next time my new friends. I will be coming back.
