Three stars only because the food was really good. But service was lackluster. The restaurant was very crowded when we walked in so they shoved us in a corner rather than tell us that we needed to wait a few minutes for an actual table to open-up. We were sat at granite-top tables used for stacking take-out orders, so obviously not part of their usual group of tables. The waiter took our drink order and he checked in on us once more in the hour and twenty minutes we were there. The woman handling take-out orders and managing behind the counter finally came over and took our order after we had been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting. My food arrived 15 minutes after my husbands when someone finally noticed I hadnt gotten my food yet—it had been sitting on the counter for ten-minutes, I watched the guy set the plate there not knowing it was mine. It was especially annoying because the waiter visited all of the regular tables frequently and didnt even acknowledge us when we left. I was really unimpressed how they handled things when they were busy. No explanations, barely any acknowledgement that we were diners honestly. It was very odd and uncomfortable. Well be thinking twice before returning.

This place has amazing food. The wonton soup is by far the best soup Ive ever had. They have a actual sushi bar. The egg rolls were to die for and the portions were perfect. The reason that the restaurant didnt get 4 or 5 star is because of service. Me and my fiance went to the restaurant for the first time. We wanted a booth which there were at least open booths. We were seated in a 4 person booth right next to the door on a cold winter night. I asked if we could sit at another booth farther from the door. The gentleman helping us said in very broken English no those are for six people. I looked around at a empty restaurant. Then when we ordered the same gentleman seemed annoyed at us asking questions. Overall the food was great and I will go back but the service left something to be desired.

Quality is good, prices are very high! Came here to get a snack before going to the airport, and saw the high ratings on Yelp. We got a seat by the window right away, and the waiter took our order. Everything is a la carte, and the prices are definitely very high, perhaps Im just used to California prices. Most rolls were around $15 each. We did wait awhile for our food and the quality of fish was good. The size was really small compared to what Im used to at sushi joints. Service was ok, and parking was very easy in the strip mall.

If I could give this awful place 0 stars I would. Ive been to Yum a few different times now giving them the benefit of the doubt on hoping each time would be better than the last. Im not sure who trained them on their customer service skills but I know I could get better service from Taco Bell. The last time I came here, I had to repeatedly ask the waiter for things we already asked for as he is playing on his phone behind the counter. Im really an easy customer to please, but after so many attempts it just gets ridiculous.

It has gotten ridiculous here. Rushed to order, rushed to eat. We wait a while to order the main dish so that we have time to eat the sushi. Nope, the main dish comes out about a minute after ordered. The pad Thai tasted like flour and my wifes lo mein had absolutely no flavor. When I said something, he didnt offer to fix it or get us something else. I asked to speak to the manager, and she wouldnt come over. Not sure that Ill be coming back even though we been coming here since it opened.

I was a bit reluctant to try it because the most recent review was fairly negative. However, of the choices in this location, I decided Yum was the one I was most interested in. I tried the Black Pepper Chicken lunch combo, and found it to be quite good. And inexpensive, it was under $10 including tax, but without tip. The only complaint I have is that the hot tea was just barely warm. Over all, I think this is a great place that is convenient for me on my way home from the airport.

Weve been coming here for years and I can say that it has definitely gone downhill. We purposely wait until our sushi order comes out before placing our meal order and yet they still bring out one persons dinner plate minutes after we ordered it, and it sits there getting cold. Today the pad Thai tasted like we were eating flour and the lo mein had no flavor at all. Sad because it used to be so good. We used to love coming here. Maybe well just stick with the sushi and call it a day.

Prefer several time and as my first experience wasnt too bad as I became a regular the service went down hill fast. Every roll I ordered was smaller than The one before. The LAST time I attempted to place an order I was told I was no longer allowed to choose my own dish and it had to be chefs choice. Poor service with employees that have attitudes. Never ever again.

The sushi here is amazing! Started off with wonton soup for two. Highly recommend, it was a delicious soup with a complex blend of flavors and textures. Then tried the reunion roll, which was absolutely delicious. Also had the mango roll, which was also very good. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is simply amazing.

I called in a delivery order, they said 45 min to 1 hr, 1 1/2 hrs later no food, called and sounded suprised then said they were really busy they would be out in 15 to 20 min more. I said cancel my order and refund my card Chris the manager in a bad attitude said fine and hung up on me. will never recommend or go there again worst service ever!!!

The food is great minus the calamari app which was soggy, tasteless breading. We love the sushi and all Chinese we have had so far is good. Take out is the only way to go with this place though. Dined in once and the service was terrible. I received my food after both my wife and her mom had finished theirs and it was cold.

Ordered for delivery. Sushi was amazing. Truly great. The Chinese food was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Also they forgot the largest part of my order. They were however prompt in fixing the issue. That being said, by the time they corrected my order, I was not hungry anymore. Hopefully its good as left-overs.

I believe that this is the best sushi in the state. Their Chinese and Vietnamese food is also top quality. Very romantic and quiet place with extremely friendly staff. With how close it is to the airport I will got to the sushi bar for a lite meal while waiting to pick someone up from the airport.

very friendly staff. sushi is very good - try the white tuna. The chinese food leaves something to be desired. Broccoli is always very underdone, Mongolian beef is not prepared in the way I am used to (its made with green peppers here, also underdone). The hot and sour soup is AWESOME.
