Had their Mongolian beef for lunch. Its the worst interpretation of this popular dish. The beef, which was deep fried instead of stir fried, tasted like it was precooked and was very dry. The beef swam in this thick sweet, cloying soy sauce that was really unappetizing. Unfortunately, the only thing fresh in the dish was the few bits of green onion that were more of a decoration than a actual component of the dish as you would in a Mongolian Beef dish. Its a shame that they charge $11.39 for a dish like this in Las Vegas Airport. An airport thats reallly lacking in quality, reasonably priced food. This airport should be leveled like the old casinos that way it can be rebuilt and rethought to be a more travel friendly airport

It took 20 minutes to get my to go food, after 15 minutes, and seeing customers that werent even in line yet when I had ordered get there food I asked someone if maybe they lost my order, she said it was taking long because of what I ordered. I ordered teriyaki chicken with brown rice. When I did get my food I asked for hot sauce, the employee angrily threw it in my bag. I did not eat until I was flying because it took too long to get my food, otherwise I would have returned my food as unedible. It was brown rice covered in raw onions spinach and cabbage and topped with dry overcooked salty chicken, I had to throw it away.

I didnt hate it, but I was seriously disappointed with my food. I ordered the honey chicken entree with lo mein (cant remember the exact name). The chicken was soggy, the noodles were bland, and the whole thing felt like it came out of a microwave, which was probably the case considering how fast I got it. It also had too much salt. I definitely wouldnt get the entree again, and Im hesitant to even give this place another go next time Im killing time at the airport.

Substandard Americanized Asian food made simply for the ease of convenience provided that youre craving it. Theres really nothing to explore here just walk up and order. Dont expect basic dishes that you had before will be the same here. At least service is nice and warm, but over nine bucks for one entree with rice is another thing. Oh well, it is what it is..

Service : Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! She seemed like a Chinese and a manager in there. So rude and unfriendly, she did not know how to take care of customers. Food : we ordered" Kung Pao Chicken" the food was way too salt, all gone into the garbage can. Pei Wei company needs to do more training of their employees, more better quality nutrition.

I became a fan of Pei Wei when working a project in Sterling, VA. I had been looking forward to their opening west coast locations and I have not been disappointed. I have enjoyed eating at the Irvine, CA location and of course here at McCarran T3.

I travel about twice a month and have never paid more at an airport bar. $35 plus tip for a pint of beer and a nine ounce pour of wine. As if I needed another reason to hate Vegas. Bonus star for decent wine.

Ive been here twice and it has met my expectations. Yeah its on the expensive side but its in the airport. Im sure they have their bad days like any restaurant, but overall I think they do a good job.

The teriyaki chicken was mediocre at best but the service was good and the food was quick. Being generous with 3 stars, though. Should have tried the Mongolian beef or the steak and rice!

If you have to eat at the airport, you can definitely do worse. Service is good, food is a smidge above decent and theres a full service bar. I had the Kung Pao and a coke for about $15.

They took far too long for take out food at an airport. the portion was too small considering they charged $11 for a small bowl of chicken and rice.

A bit salty but delicious. I recommend Mongolian & fried rice with steak. Dont expect service much since this is a kind of togo restaurant.
