Its decent asian food. But to be honest I dont see the need for me to ever come back here while Im visiting Vegas, when I can get the same food for half the price any other time (I live surrounded by asian restaurants!). They were out of flat rice noodle, therefore the server recommended the si jiu beef noodles. The beef and sauce are poured over a bed of crispy thin egg noodles. This is generally a good dish, and this one was not bad at all. The beef was very tender, and I liked the noodles once they absorb the sauce. The combination fried rice was just OK. It tasted fine, yet something was very plain about it. I had to add hot sauce so it wouldnt be so boring. Instead of having slices of meat, some of the meat was shaped in little rectangles, making it seem very cheap. Sooooo considering that you are in a casino in Vegas, not a bad choice for asian food. For my own preference, I would rather go elsewhere. PS: Depending on where you are sitting, you can also watch sports on the TVs right outside the restaurant.

today is my first day in Las Vegas. Want to have noodle after a whole day run. I read all the reviews here, this one looks very good, so I choosed Noodle Asia. So,so dispointed. Compare what we have in Vancouver, the price is double( $15 for a middle size noodle, you even have to pay $3.5 for just a normall tea, which is free in most of chinese restaurants I have been )and the the taste is half to what you can have in Vancouver, Acctually, this one is the the worst noodle I have ever had ( we ordered 过桥米线和四川牛肉面 (sorry I can not type what we ordered in english, cause I realy can not remember the english names they gave, but these two are recommend by the waitress). If you are Chinese or you want to taste reall chinese food, please avoid this one. Since we payed for our lesson, you do not need to. Good luck

I Really loved this place including the lovely convenient location it is...its in the perfect spot dont have to go outside if you dont want to...It was my first visit in 2015 ordered ham fried rice and egg rolls...always order my favorite regular when away from home to judge quality and taste and this location gets 2 thumbs up from me...my decision was also encouraged by talking to customers in line who provided great suggestions...so I am definitely looking forward to my next visit in 2016 bringing company with me who are BIG Chinese cuisine fans as well...Keep up the great work and food...I highly recommend this restaurant

Very bad experience Ordered two plates of noodles and a portion of roast duck. We had to wait 30 mins and called the server, and the server responded if u dont feel like waiting u are free to leave. The servers attitude was the worst, she had no intention to explained that they wereshort in staff, she just asked us to leave after waiting for 30 mins. I heard the table next to us complained the same thing. After 45 mins our started came, a plate of roast duck, turned out cold, others were fine. This has been the worst dining experience in a 5 star hotel. Im writing to you because Im a guest at the hotel not a visitor.

This place is amazing! Great food, great prices. We stayed at the Venetian for a week in July 2014 and I would have been happy eating here every day but of course had to try some other choices, so only ate here 4 times that week. We are going back to Vegas in February 2015 and am happy to say we are staying at the Venetian again. As soon as I check into my room and drop off my luggage I am heading straight to Noodle Asia. Well, maybe I will have a few drinks first...then straight to Noodle Asia.

The only good reason people come here is because its open relatively late - till 3 A.M. If you come here, just get the spicy beef noodle soup and make sure they dont overcook the noodles! The food is overpriced and way too oily (maybe why people enjoy it after a long night of drinking or gambling). The wait can also be SUPER long probably because its the cheapest place close to the casino area. Its easy to just hop over to grab a bite and go back to gambling.

This is definitely my most difficult to eat American food restaurant, the feeling favorable estimate is not how Diner eaten in the United States. Points were a dan dan noodles, is actually sweet, not sweet sesame paste, the feeling is also specifically added sugar, do not be dan dan noodles spicy it? Simply not to eat rice porridge, meat 皮蛋瘦肉粥 in super small, basically there is no egg, some hint of the salty taste is basically out.

Horrible restaurant. We ordered Nigiri tuna- which came out the size or trident gum sticks (tiny), we also ordered dim sum which was oily and had no flavor- the worst was the roasted Chinese duck with Rice, the order came out by the time i finished my order sentence- it was the duck backbone - no meat at all. I told the waiter how bad everything was- they just did not care. Avoid this place!

Typical American-Chinese restaurant with typical menus items. Ordered a Mapo Tofu and it came out extremely bland. The service is also not great. Took a while to flag down a waiter and asked for an extra rice and was ignored until he brough a check. Only positive thing to say would be that that the price seems reasonable for a restaurant located inside a fancy hotel.

Like the food and the new atmosphere. The waiters are a bit lacking in interpersonal skills. In addition, you must be watchful with the eating utensil they are not always clean. Our last visit was in December 2011; it appeared that something changed in the kitchen because the rice did not have that same fresh and fluffy quality.

For the food alone, this place is freaking fantastic. I went there thrice during my stay in Vegas. Try some of the vegetable sides - they are great. And the Singapore noodles can be made vegetarian - highly recommend it. Price is slightly on the higher side - a noodle, vegetable side and a hot tea consistently ran $30 with tip

安定したヌードルの味で、アジア人にも大人気でした。ワンタンメンはやさしいお味で夜中などにお腹がすいて食べるのにも大丈夫です。麻辣麺は辛かったですがよいお味でした。

Traditional Chinese. Super good and well priced. Best pot stickers ever. Like they were made from a fresh bakery, flakey and crispy, and large. Their noodle bowls are delicious too. The Vietnamese coffee is also great! My Chinese colleagues took me here and I cant wait to go back.

We got a lettuce wrap appetizer in two parts, lettuce first and stuff to put in it 20 minutes later, ridiculous! Then my chicken and pork dish was cut into portions was complete with bones without any warning. Everyone elses dish in our party was not good either. Never eat here!

There kung pao chicken was literally chicken and peanuts with orange chicken sauce and a few peppers and it was literally enough to barely fill one person, and to top it off it was one of the most expensive things on the menu coming in at $20, total bull, do not eat here

Very reliable Americanized Chinese food. The pot stickers are terrific. Other dishes (we typically order pretty boring: some wonton or hot&sour soup, edamame, a noodle dish, some fried rice) are generally pretty good. Seems like theres never a long wait. Service is good.
