Ive never seen such a lazy general manager. Alex is constantly sitting down in lobby or off doing something else somewhere. I have seen his employees struggle to keep the store running smoothly because of this. Also have heard several complaints from his own employees about his lack of awareness. A general manager should be consistently aware of whats going on in his store. Also have heard from employees that he does not keep up with the employees needs regarding break times. One employee has on more then one occasion fallen ill at work because there were no breaks given. If issue persists I will contact HR or someone else who will treat their employees right!

Ordered online it changed my time to later pick up because we added teriyaki chicken to one order. We arrived there after 10 minutes past our online pick up order time cashier said " they were starting the order?" Really? Pointless to offer order on line to avoid standing there and then not have food ready or acknowledgement of being unprepared. Meanwhile cooks too busy checking out the ladies... disappointed is an understatement.

When I visited it was about 6pm on a Wednesday and there were only 3 people in front of me. Everyone including me had to wait for food to be remade, which is fine but in the interim many more people got in line and were served the hot food we were all waiting for. The food we ordered that they had available was put in containers and set aside to get cold while we waited.

We have been going to this location since we moved out here in October 2011. Theyve been really great every time we have gone in. The food is always hot and freshly prepared. The staff is really awesome! I think the owners/managers really help out with that. Its a nice restaurant in a good location. Give them a try next time youre in the mood for Chinese food.

This place was disgusting. I love Panda Express but this location was nothing like what you would expect from PE. The orange chicken didnt have any sauce on it, the noodles were overcooked, and every table was dirty. The Asian lady was irritated when I asked for an extra fortune cookie for my kid.

I am an early riser and my lunch time tends to be right around 10 AM. Every time that I show up when they are open they never have the food ready. When a business opens they should be prepared to serve the customers and food should be ready before the 10:00 AM opening time.

The workers are pretty good at getting people in and out. The food, when fresh is usually pretty good. Ive had the problem a couple times where the orange chicken is very stale and old like it has been sitting out for more than a couple hours.

Going downhill all the time. The food is getting worse and greasier and staler. They dont replace things as much as they should. I dont think Ive ever seen them wear gloves either. I thought that was required in food service.

Im so happy they brought back the old fried rice recipe. No corn in the fried rice. They had a great new shrimp and a great beef entree. Both were delicous.
