Dropped in on a Monday night and the place wasnt busy, only 2 people working. Took awhile to figure out what to drink because I literally couldnt hear the bartender from across the bar the rock music was so loud. I just kind of made an educated guess as to what she was saying and ordered. Wouldve helped to have some kind of printed menu of what was on tap. Its not hard to do. Beer selection was good, jalapeno pretzel was good. Stayed throughout the evening with a friend and had a few beers. Music was consistently overbearing and obnoxiously loud. We were on the far end of the patio and had to nearly yell to communicate. The moments the music stopped were blissful. Maybe if it werent rock music with lots of guitars it wouldnt have been so bad, but dang people, take it down a notch. We got some wings, which were ok. The grill was great, but there wasnt much flavor, so it was just eating grilled chicken basically. My biggest issue was that they allowed smoking under the covered part of the patio, next to the outdoor bartop and entrance to the building. It was impossible to get somewhere to order without being overcome with cigarette smoke. I get that Brighton isnt Boulder or Fort Collins with the smoking restrictions, but come on. Theres a HUGE empty patio, please sit somewhere besides the one place people HAVE to go to order. I wont be back. The food wasnt good enough to be a draw and the atmosphere was off putting because of the smoke and overly loud music. Might be up someone elses alley, though.

I chose 2 stars because I do not like the word hate but one star would have been more appropriate. I wish we had the same experience as everyone has posted but my first experience was very disappointing. We stopped by on Saturday night only to find two people working; I think two people were working but not sure. We had to go find someone to order a hamburger and a beer after sitting around for about 15 minutes. The person sitting beside us stated they had been waiting for 30 and had not been helped. We did locate the two people and order the hamburger and a beer. Received the beer but after 30 minutes never received the hamburger or asked if another drink was needed; however I did noticed that a gentleman sitting nearby had fallen asleep in his chair; we woke him up as we walked by only to see him fall off his chair before we left. One of the other customers went to help him up but no one from the establishment did or checked on him. This experience will discourage me from stopping by again.

If you have not been to Floodstage Ale Works ever or not recently, you need to check it out. It is a fun little pub with great service. nothing fancy just burgers from the grill outside where you can hang out with friends. But,,,the real reason you need to go is to taste the beers they are crafting. I was there last night and tasted some wonderful brew. On tap at the moment (made fresh on location) a Rye that was really smooth, Steve has perfected his Wheat beer after years of hard work, and I was really impressed with the Porter that has become his classic. You can go on any Tuesday or Wednesday and play some free poker and taste these amazing beers for only $2 a pint. That is a steal when you taste the hard work. Check out this little gem, you will be happy you did.

They have good, well GREAT beer that is priced well! All they have is a grill to cook on, but the food is well priced and is made fantastic (even the wings they grill!) People are pretty chill that hang out and work there. Basically dont be act like an idiot (drunk or sober) and youll enjoy yourself. Good size patio for when its nice out. The only thing I would say gives it a 4 not a 5 star rating is that when there is music, it can be pretty loud since its not a big place.

If youre looking for a place just to hang out and have a beer... this place has a great vibe. The people there are friendly and the beers they brew there that Ive tried have all been good.. a couple of them outstanding. The menu is limited... but what they have is very tasty. At the end of the day, I was pleasantly surprised to find a place this cool in a little town like Brighton, CO. You gotta at least try it!

The true textbook definition of a "small, locals bar"... The BEST grilled hamburgers of all time tho! If theres a DJ, theres not too much more room for customers except their patio. Which is covered and they do have outside heaters. Patio is larger then the inside of the bar! By far one of the friendliest staff in Brighton. 1 of the 3 go to bars for the locals.

Burgers and chicken were frozen patties to begin with, but tasted really good for some strange reason. Beers were cheap and delicious, and wait staff was really nice and honest. I highly recommend the burger/chicken hybrid and the light rye pale ale. Harder to find, but GPS takes you right to it... just look about 15 feet in from the average storefront.

We absolutely love this bar. The epitome of the neighborhood watering hole. The staff is always friendly and the constantly rotating beer taps ensure a new discovery every visit. The smoked wings are amazing and the burgers, hot dogs, and brats are grilled outdoors the old fashioned way. If your in Brighton your cheating yourself if you dont drop by.

Unfortunately the owner over-extended himself. Too much too soon, got the liquor licence to go with the brewery and his beer suffered. It might be worth the visit but it is a gamble until he improves his beers. On the good side the bar is nice and he has other brewery beers there.

A must visit microbrewery. Make damn good beers, especially the Porter and the Red. Also has a large selection of craft beers on tap, in cans, and in bottles. Food is good and priced well. Awesome patio open year round and is heated during the cold months. PROST!!

Walked in to a half empty bar, the staff didnt acknowledge me and my party, we seated ourselves, and were still completely ignored by the staff. We ultimately left, since it felt like we werent going to get any service.
