Wont be back! Came here today with some colleagues and it was a major disappointment. After we gave are orders to our waitress, we noticed flies flying around and landing on the sushi rolls that the sloth like sushi pros were slowly preparing. There were only four tables taken when we first walked in. Possibly a health code violation with flies in the food? I noticed the gentleman who arrived after my table received his meal about 15 minutes after being seated. A colleague received his food which wasnt sushi. I looked at the sushi chefs who were standing around behind the sushi bar looking oblivious and were curiously not making any sushi. 30 minutes later more people started to arrive at the restaurant and received their meals relatively fast, yet my sushi was nowhere to be found. 45 minutes later my sushi finally arrived and to my disappointment they got my order wrong, and I paid $15 for four sushi rolls that arrived with the fish which was lukewarm and the little bowl for the soy sauce had not been washed. But I was starving and my lunch break was about to end so I ate it anyways. What a major disappointment. But there is more, after the disappointment there came the scare. About 20 minutes after my colleague and I ate at this restaurant we both encountered stomach cramps. I would never recommend this place to anyone! If you want to be healthy and want to enjoy a meal, do not come here!!

We received a flyer from our hotel about "happy hour" at this establishment. Hours 2-5pm So, that sounded good. We get there ask about their happy hour menu...was informed that it is not happy hour any more. we were told they had changed the times. I looked at the time: it was 3:53. I was told happy hour now ends at 4 pm. Ok.. so, thats fine.. its still before 4-- no problem. Well, the waitress had to "check with the manager" to get approval...and felt like she wanted to argue about how its NOT happy hour. The food was adequate... the spicy tuna roll tasted like fish that was at the very end of its shelf life and had a cat food texture. Waitress stared at us the whole time were eating because there were no other patrons. Hey, if you want to change happy hour times, no problem... just dont advertise the wrong hours and "IF" its still before happy hour ends dont argue with the customer. Go to the Mexican place next door or any of the other places, there. I sent a message to the owner/manager--no response. Stay away from this place.

Im usually very happy with the food I get from Thai Chilli but today was absolutley disgusting. I ordered thai chili special eggplant and they gave me thai chili seafood combo. This is an understandable mistake since the names are similar so I thought Id try it. However, the seafood combo was so gross that I had to throw it away. I called back to let them know that they gave me the wrong food hoping theyd give me a credit or something to which the person on the phone insisted on arguing with me and saying that I ordered the seafood combo (why would I be calling and complainig if thats what I ordered!). Also, the seafood combo was saggy and gross in a slimy sauce and cost twice as much as my original choice. Its very disappointing that I had to spend $13.00 on something so disgusting. I work in a bulding nearby and usually order food from Thai Chili pretty often but this was the last time. Horrible customer service, rude staff, and unedible seafood combo. Ill be sure to let my coworkers know to not order from here. Very disappointing exprerience.

I USED to order from this place all of the time until my last visit friday when I stopped in on my lunch break to order some sushi. I sat down at the bar where the sushi is prepared where two men were working & I waited, the guy finished making my first roll & I was waiting for the second to be started the man turned to his side & sneezed not covering his mouth or stopping to wash his hands. I sat there for a moment to see what he was going to do & he did nothing but continue his conversation with the other man laughing. I see the man who sneezed doing something with his hands so I stood up & he had a hand full of rice that he retrieved from the container that was positioned directly where he had just sneezed with no lid or cover!! So I told the lady at the Register that I wanted to cancel my order & get my money back & she acted as if she couldnt understand what I was saying to her then a man comes up I explained what happen he offered me a refund back to my card which still hasnt been reflected to my account smh

One word DISGUSTING!! I first walked in and they just say "sit over there"...okay they do not seat you they just point like your a animal... I go in my boyfriend and I sit down they throw the menus down and walk off(mind you they were not busy) I ordered the Pork Dumplings ugh they were mushy and I could tell frozen before they made them not fresh at all. The waiter was very rude. People came in after us and they were served their meals and they left before we did. We ordered our sushi and the waiter says" these are small" I have had plenty of sushi before who says that except for someone who wants to rip you off. Our food tasted oily and we sat their literally for 25 minutes waiting for our check had all our plates piled up just sitting there while the restaurant is practically empty since everyone else came and left. After 25 minutes he comes and asks us" do you want a box" Really!! no just let us leave. Overall it was a terrible experience and terrible customer service along with the food I will not be back.

I absolutely loved this place! I ordered the orange chicken, extra spicy, and although it could have been spicier, its flavor far exceeded my expectations. My date ordered the green curry with shrimp, and while the curry was great, the shrimp ended up a bit rubbery/chewy. We also shared an order of Tokyo rolls, which were incredibly tasty. The only thing that I was disappointed with here was the service. When we were first seated, our waiter would come over every two minutes and ask if we were ready to order, which made it feel like he was rushing us out of there (maybe he was; we didnt start dining until 9 PM on a Wednesday). After dealing with that, I figured at least he would check on our beverages frequently during the meal, but that wasnt the case. My water glass was empty for the better portion of the meal. All things considered, I will be going back for more of the great food!

Walked in stood near the sushi bar waiting for someone to take my order/seat me. After a another person walked in and passed me, I walked towards the back to place my order near a register. I waited for the woman that cut me in line to finish placing her order and asked the woman behind the counter about sushi options. After feeling rushed because she needed to answer the phone, I hurried to select a few rolls to go. She rang me up and I asked her to remove the tax as I was traveling on government business. She said the owner was not there and he was the only one that could remove it. It was a complete waste of time while I was already extremely tired and hungry. There are many government employees and the staff should be trained to be able to remove tax if necessary.
