Anya was awesome! It was our first time trying Russian food, so we had no idea what we were getting into. I found a groupon for this place and recognized the name as the kids show my niece and nephew watch. We came in with no expectations for food, since we were mainly there for the kids, but whoa, how unexpected! All the food was amazing! Borscht: I normally hate beets, so the fact that I absolutely LOVED this red-toned sour soup is amazing. Im still confused on how they got me to crave this soup, but boy, was it delicious! And served in cute, tiny Dutch ovens, picture-perfect! Beef stroganov: oh my. Oh my goodness. I think we ate this is record time. The kids loved it (and theyre picky, so we were shocked). My niece had a large plate of it and she scraped the plate clean. My nephew had four plates of it and ended up with a clean plate. Wow. That creamy garlic sauce is amazing. The beef was tender, I love green onions, this was the perfect dish. Vareniki and Pelmeni: meat dumplings and potato dumplings. Boiled, I believe, served with sour cream and a red sauce that I enjoyed. At this point, we were stuffed. But the desserts looked so pretty and enticing.. My sister loved the mousse cake. The kids enjoyed their oreo macarons. And I liked the slice of meringue cake the best. The peach cookie was pretty, the filling was pretty sweet. We had to box the desserts up since we were way too full to finish. The kids enjoyed playing in the play area and watching Masha and the Bear playing on the TV inside. We also got them the chocolate eggs with figurines inside, which theyre currently still playing with. What an unexpected gem!

Masha And The Bear Cafe is simply amazing! They have that WOW! factor. When you arrive you are welcomed with a smile by the owners, Anya and Daryl, and presented with a great variety of Russian dishes that give me a feeling like I am back in Russia. Even if you arent familiar with Russian food, the owners will take the time to explain not only what the dishes are but how best to enjoy them. They have something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters. Once you decide what you want, they rush off to the kitchen and you can hear them preparing your food. It is obvious they put a lot of care into each dish. When it comes out the presentation is cool and the taste is so delicious. Everything I had reminded me of grandmas cooking. It is so nice to have found a place that takes so much pride in their food. I am definitely going to be a regular at Masha And The Bear. If you want the full Russian experience, this is the place to go. I personally cant wait to go back.

I feel like I stumbled on buried treasure when I found this place. Authentic Russian food - borscht, pelmeni, vareniki, olivie - there are quite a few items on their menu with a lot of variety. When you place your order, she goes in the back and is gone for a while. Shes probably growing beets back there or milking smetana out of a cow. Its legitimately homemade from scratch and you can taste it. The portions are decent-sized as well. Theyve got desserts, ice cream, tea, coffee, etc. Its a cozy clean little cafe with a fun theme. I look forward to bringing my son here. He loves Masha and the Bear. As for me, I will be coming back just for the food. приятного аппетита!

Decent place. The good: The food is fantastic, and fresh. Decor is cute, and its impeccably clean. Kid friendly, with cartoons, high chairs, and toys. The bad: The wait for food is atrocious. When we visited, every 3rd thing was out of stock. (No borscht in a Russian place!) Limited sides/semi limited menu. Very pricey for what it is, and the table water served was warm. Bottom line, decent Russian option if you have kids and dont mind forking over some dough. If you want affordable and authentic with a ton of options, try nearby Davids Kebab House.

Customer service was great and very friendly..never had Russian food before and the guy working was more than happy to explain some of the dishes.. Had a house made fruit drink (compote) was good! Borscht soup was amazing and the potato dumplings were even better. Turkish coffee and Russian napoleon dessert complimented each other at the end.. Definitely going back!

I took my son here for his birthday and we enjoyed feasting on authentic Russian food while watching his favorite series by the same name. We had borscht, delicious cherry juice, vanilla milkshake and meringue for dessert in an adorable, quaint dining room. I will bring my friends here to get an authentic taste of my heritage.

I was very impressed by this establishment. Yes, the prices werent cheap, but the food was really good, especially pelmeni and the olive. I am not sure what the below lady didnt like about the bathroom, but I was there this past weekend and it seemed just fine. всем рекомендую зайти и попробовать это кафе.

Named for a Russian cartoon, this cafe serves fine Russian food, e.g. borscht, dumplings, etc. and Eastern European baked goodies. Russian/Eastern European food is great, and could use more exposure. If you havent tried it, give thus family owned and run restaurant a try.

Nice home style Russian food. Clean. Playing Russian cartoons ( the ones with the same name) all the time - so kids friendly. Desserts that are not cooked on site are so-so. All in all very good, will come again

Got to tell you food was great. Kind of different, but in a good way. Looks like a child care center on the outside. They are very personal and explain the mostly Russian menu. Give it a try.

We were so excited to come here! But what a disappointment. Bad, unfresh food (not cheap either!), dirty bathroom. No cartoons on tv btw. No dessert to choose from. We will not be back :(

Decent prices, good food. Pretty much tailored to kids. Across the parking lot from a Russian grocery store, so you can get a great dining and shopping experience.
