I love this starbucks! First off its always a quick trip if I need to stop for coffee, and my drinks are always great! But, most importantly the staff is wonderful one staff member in particular! His name is Cameron, He knows me by name now and I have only been in a hand full of times. My card was declined embarrassingly enough (bank card problem) and he didnt deny me my drink he bought it for me and was so incredibly kind in doing so. Always has a bright smile for me and is so nice and friendly. If his manager is reading this review give the guy a raise he is doing an exceptional job!!! So I say stop in and have a drink at this starbucks, you wont regret it! :)

Staff is incredibly slow, I watched them make 3 other drinks that were behind mine, I waited 10 minutes just to get my drink that ended up not made correctly. Luckily my sister works at a Starbucks so I know how they make my drink and each time I go there, they dont make my drink right and even some of the staff has attitude problems. The only nice thing about this store is the inside. If youre not going to take the time to make peoples drinks right, you shouldnt be working there. I should know not to give places multiple chances.

Mens restroom out of order. Staff is tried looks like a mother, son team. This Starbucks has changed recently its remodeled to keep customers from loungeing around. Tables and chairs around the walls. Not inviting , doesnt have the normal Starbucks welcoming feeling. This Starbucks is located in a blighted area of Aurora and right next to a bus stop. Have to go... My name has been called by barista,she didnt even give me a nod of acknowledgment. Sad to see this location dying.

This is my go to morning Starbucks. The staff is always super nice. Service is slow however I dont feel the employees should be blamed for it minus one that is not quite with the program. Other than that there is a manager there every morning and either he is on the computer or eating breakfast. Not helping move the line or supporting his employees. I will continue to go back however I hope there becomes a point that I am not waiting 10 plus minutes for a coffee in the morning.

Had to many new staff in front..which is fine but the made to many mistakes. I asked for a chicken and bacon panini they said they have no such thing when I CLEARLY ordered before.. I asked for a water and the guy was coughing so much in his hands in lost interest and left...this is the WORST location...not to mention there is no drive through

I ordered decaf and got caffeinated coffee. I was told that there was no decaf made and that he would have to make a new pot. The coffee I received was not hot. He asked if I wanted him to leave room for cream and I said yes. He filled it to the rim. He also charged me fifty cents more than the Starbucks I usually go to.

Really bad service. The staff is really SLOW with bad attitude. I watched them make 2 drinks that were behind me, then one of the staff member stopped and just started chit-chatting with another staff member and when I "interrupted" them and asked how long till I got my order he game me an attitude. Snobs.

My son went inside to buy a drink. He paid for it and over fifteen minutes had gone by. In the mean time atleast 15 other customers had come and gone. They purposely skipped my son several times on making his drink until I went inside. Never again. You cant even call that customer service!

I work at a starbucks and engineered my own super complex drink. This drink has only been made right by 2 other starbucks. This location made my Drink exactly how I wanted it to be. The only downside is I ordered a venti not a grande. But either way it was fast and accurate service.

The staff is always friendly and quick to get you in and out. I am almost always satisfied with them. I have had a few drinks made incorrectly but they are always willing to remake my drink and they are quick to do so. I enjoy this location very much. Its my usual.

This is the worst Starbucks I have found. I would recommend driving the distance to find any other location. It is as if every aspect of this location has missed out on the Starbucks culture. Unprofessional staff, under stocked inventory, unkept and dirty.

I typically do online orders through the app, but everything is there when I arrive and is something is out of stock, they quickly get a replacement something for me.... Friendly staff, awesome atmosphere. Thanks guys

My favorite starbucks, I use the app mostly anymore, my drinks are always perfect and ready when I go in. Ive been going here for over 2 years and really love the staff.
