Great food and relaxed atmosphere. Their variety of food has something for everybody. When I bring people here for the first time, they are amused at the fact that they can approach the various barrels filled with peanuts and that the shells are on the floor. They certainly help when you are very hungry waiting for your food to grill up. The sweet bread they bring to you is piping hot and moist. Pair it up with your favorite beer and youre content until your food arrives. Took my mom here for an early birthday dinner and she got the Bison meatloaf. She said it was very moist and it didnt need the gravy. Not salty either. The staff surprised her with then singing happy birthday with...well, you need to go on YOUR birthday. (Balloon animals anyone?) One more thing, our server was MORE than wonderful. It may not be true but she looks like she LOVES her job. Always attentive, lively and with a great smile and attitude. Thank you "Toya"!

Visited on a Saturday around 330pm. Very friendly and fast searing for our party of 7. Service was also very prompt. Server was very nice and friendly. Everyones food was brought out in a timely manner and was delicious. I had the peppercorn steak medium rare and it was brought out medium well and they were very very prompt and professional in fixing my steak. And when they brought out the fixed steak it was perfect! The taste of the peppercorn steak was amazing also!! The manager was very apologetic for the mistake. We also had Bison ribs which were amazing. The baby back ribs were just killer. The grilled shrimp tasted awesome and the cheesecake was awesome. Overall experience was amazing. Was our first visit and we will definitely come back when we visit the area again as we are on vacation visiting family.

Horrible experience. A young server lady in the bar dropped dirty cups half full stuff (soda, etc.) in them and it went everywhere. She laughed and was joking back and forth about it with a customer seated at the bar. No apologies, while more focused on cleaning herself. Had to ask her to clean the seat and table three times and she never even cleaned the floor so other servers had to walk around or wade through it. She was joking with the customer seated at the bar the whole time. Then, we finally got seated only to be ignored. No service. Its sad how one person can ruin your dinner and their companys reputation at the same time

Roadhouse Grill (the chain) has a great menu. We visited this on on Veterans Day 2016, and we are grateful it gives veterans a free meal on Veterans Day from the entire menu, not from a reduced-option menu. This particular Roadhouse Grill is in Whittier. While, like all Roadhouse Grills it has a good desert menu, the independent coffee store across the street has the best macroons (our pre-dinner snack that day), and Roadhouse Grill is near a Baskin Robbins. So both of those places are also options for something sweet before or after dinner.

SKIP IT. HORRIBLE SERVICE 3pm on a Sunday and the place is a complete mess- unbussed tables outnumber seated tables, service is beyond slow (10 minutes seated before drink orders) out of soup?! Food is somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle instead of our table. Server indifferent and apathetic. Manager making excuses. Potato skins finally arrived- burned and hard as rocks. Of course waitress is nowhere arround to redo....This is not what people pay for when they want a casual Sunday afternoon lunch.

This place is amazing. The food is great, I love the bourbon tri-tip with sweet potato. The sweet bread and honey-butter is fabulous. This is a restaurant where you eat peanuts from the shell and throw the shells on the floor. The decor is along that of a decades past roadside restaurant, there are outdated signs and washed out paint, a jukebox with unlimited free play.

The baby back ribs so tender and their sauce is out of this world. The chicken very moist and tender it literally melts in your mouth. Peanut to eat and throw the shells on the floor while you wait for your food. Also the warm rolls keep coming along with the peanuts. Very generous portions.

Food was great. Staff has issues with service animals, especially highly trained and obviously certified service animals. BTW it is illegal to ask to see an animals certification. Check & know your state and federal laws as they pertain to the service animal arena.

Great place to hang out and have great food. Their bison-anything is awesome. Only thing bad-ish I can say is you just shouldnt get ribs at early-lunch time. Theyre cooked all day to be ready for dinner, and if you make them rush it its just not the same.

This is my favorite place to come eat and enjoy myself. The food is out of this world. The chicken is so tender and the ribs oh my God would fall right off the bone. The service is excellent. Im planning on having my baby shower here. I cant wait.

Food was just okay, and a little on the expensive side for what it was. The meal also had bread and honey butter that came before it. The atmosphere was overall fun, and it was fun eating peanut and getting to throw the shells on the ground.

Their Happy Hour prices are great! Menu is very affordable. You can get a tasty grilled chicken salad for $5 and a cool beer on tap for $3. The staff is always friendly and a nice place to socialize with friendly people at the bar.

The food (grilled chicken with a Cesar salad and mashed potatoes) was delicious, the service (Nadya) was amazing! It would be my go-to for special occasions, if we were from around here. Well done, guys!

Food is decent. I will say the service was very good, and the waitress even discounted our bill because of the slightly long wait for our food. We didnt ask for it either.
