Been here twice in the past (2) weeks. Ive had the steak salad, chicken avocado panini, bruschetta, hummus platter. The panini is good. Definitely one of the better ones ive had in awhile. I like the salad and the potatoes they give to you as well. The steak salad was extremely plentiful. They give you a ton of meat. Normally its like the other way around at other restaurants which was a nice surprise. As for the meat itself, it was good. The hummus platter was NOT good. They dont store their hummus properly because it had a bad consistency and tasted old. Youve been warned. Bruschetta platter was ok. I had the panini and they USE THE SAME STYLE OF BREAD as they do the panini which just doesnt work with bruschetta. They really plied on the tomatoes. While I appreciate the generosity, it only made the bread soggy and hard to eat. I really hope they change the bread, if so, then id order it again. Otherwise, avoid.

Our first visit here was amazing. We stubbled upon this place when we became frustrated over a lack of parking near 2nd street as well as downtown restaurants. Incredible food and service! Dont let the ordering style sway you. This is high quality culinary excellence. I had the ribeye gyro and my wife had the chicken crepe. The ribeye in the gyro was cooked perfectly, and the Greek style sauce, etc were authentic and as good as any other specialty Greek restaurant. My wife is picky picky! She loved the crepe, and said the sauce and mushrooms were perfect. Good size servings, too!

The food here tastes awesome and the price is kinda more than what I expected, but sadly there was a mistake with my order and I think 4 stars is what this place deserves. I ordered a turkey crepe, but I got a ham crepe instead. Although the ham crepe still tasted great, it didnt have what I ordered. My waiter was pretty attentive, and I was about to call him to exchange my meal, but I was running short on time because I had to meet with some people as soon as I finished eating. I suppose with the large amount of people that come in for dinner, it is understandable why the order was wrong.

OMG. My food was The MarketPlace Grill | Café. After going to Gasparilla it was definitely far fresher than the spiral fries and funnel cake I ate. Probably even healthier, too.My pesto wrap was seriously amazing and satisfying. My crazy vegan mother raved about whatever quinoa bowl she ordered and my sisters salad looked very tasty (from what I can remember looking on as she inhaled it). The downside? No Coke Zero in the soda machine. Come on, its 2015, no one actually likes diet coke anymore!

This place is the spot. All their food is Delicious! I always get the veggie panni. Talk a out veggies, they have so many different kinds and that chipotle spread, stop playing! So good. I recommended the Greek feta fries, yum. The prices arent too bad, great date night spot. You can sit inside and they have a bar..Ive enjoyed a pint of beer there before. Nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly. Good pick if you choose this place!

I was excited to try this place because I live close to it and it looks cool from outside. Walking inside the decor was pretty nice and the employees were friendly. I really dont have much to gripe about the experience except that the food tasted really bland. I also tried my wifes food and it was all lack luster. Not expensive and not cheap, but definitely costs more than I want to pay for the bland food.

They have Basil Hayden bourbon! Plenty of better known libations; Macallan 18, Oban, and 5 IPAs. Great bar! Albacore on Panini is mixed with just the right stuff to subletly enhance the still flaky fish; like red bell pepper and ripe olive. Many and various dishes that I am eager to return and try. All in all, The Marketplace Grill at the Circle is a welcome addition to Long Beach cuisine.

Great food selection, and food quality is awesome. Fresh squeezed orange juice is worth mentioning. I dont live around there but whenever I am in town, I make an effort to go here for brunch. Another interesting note: rather than one waiter/waitress serving each table, whoever happens to be nearby stops by to check up on you. It means more attention to the table, which I like a lot.

Love, love, love this place! The staff is super friendly, the food is very well priced, you will have left overs to take home portions and quick to be served. Lupe is a great manager that keeps the place going and is a pro behind the bar too! Highly recommend The Marketplace for a quick well priced home cooked meal and service with a smile :)

Food is phenomenal and prices are very reasonable! The jalapeño hummus is delicious! A must have every time! Menu has a wide variety of items that will address any cravings you may have. Customer service is always on point. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen! Eat, drink and enjoy!

A favorite spot for us. California cuisine (wraps, panini, meat and fish entrees) with a Mediterranean touch (side salads are Greek style). A little noisy due to wood flooring and full table service would be nice instead of ordering at the counter, but those are small things. Try the salmon wrap!

This location (long beach) is way better than the Downey one, in terms of service, cleanliness, and ambiance. This location also has a full bar, which is great during happy hour where youre more in favor of drinks than entrees. All in all I enjoyed my visit here. The ribeye crepe was great!

The food is great here. I usually get the greek salad when Im pretending to be healthy but another good "go-to" meal is the philly panini. The food is always fresh and satisfying. Randomly the bar seems popular too, so its good to know they have alcoholic drinks too if I feel like it.

This place has the best Jambalaya Pasta ever (a bit spicy. Ive never dinned in always delivered through Postmate however the food is amazing and is definitely worth the price. I dont like shrimp and mushroom so I opt out of them and ask for more pasta or sausage.

My wife and I frequent this spot because they have a variety of meals to choose from. On this particular visit I had the salmon salad which actually is a light but hearty meal. The drinks are on point as well. We always sit in the bar area for full service.

Love this place even though I always seem to order the same thing (chicken penne pasta.) However I have nibbled from others plates and loved what I tried. Food is great, service is quick, servers are friendly and it has a chill and laid back atmosphere.

Best happy hour foods. Dont feel bloated yet definitely satisfied. For 4 people, still only spent $20. Also it has a bar. Been to the location in Downey, but in my opinion this is better staffed and quicker service. It is definitely one of my go-tos
