As you can see, the place is dead at 1:45pm. Yet the hostess and manager, Joy, didnt allow my handicapped Grandma to pick the second table near the food only because it was pushed together to fit 8. I even suggested to her that she can split up the 2 tables so that we could sit our party of 4 on 1 table without "affecting their business" on the other table. I guess she was too lazy to connect 2 other tables together instead. Even if they did get a rush of customers at an odd dining time of 2pm, all they had to do was open up their other dining area which was "closed". So because they acted like they were the only restaurant in the whole city, were looking for someplace else now. Giving 1 star because it looks clean. Horrible service, and way too far from the freeway exit.

If I can, No star for this buffet... Food is just OK for the price.. Not good... Problem is the customer services & staffs here.. This place had issue with the sushi man.. He monitored customers food grabbing.. If you grabbed too much food, he complained on your face.. basically yelling at you.. However, the guy is gone.. or disappear from the sushi bar... One day, the front desk girl just tossed me the folk & spoon.. and she fingered a table to go.. well, other customers were escorted.. not me because I am an asian??? WTF... If you want to go a buffet for the price.. go to souplantation or hometown buffet..

Bang for buck you cant beat it. The selection of food is great. You have to be realistic . For less than 12 bucks you get a drink and a selection of seafood, chicken, sushi bar, and deserts. Its all you can eat. I say if you want a better experience then expect to pay significantly more somewhere else and stop complaining . For the price you really cant complain.

Came in for early bird special, asked to make sure it was still valid, was told yes so we ate. When we got the check, the discount wasnt applied. Asked about it and then they said they werent going to give it to us. Food wasnt very good. The entire restaurant smelled fishy and the food had a bad fishy taste to it. Dont go unless you want to get ripped off.

Food is ok, service is terrible. I have dirty plates piling on my table and Ive been staring at an empty cup for 20 minutes even though the place is mostly empty and the servers are just standing around. I eat here 2 - 3 times a month, its always the same.

Takes forever even on a slow faybto get refills.... And Im glad Im not the only one who noticed that the staff is extremely unfriendly. They dont smile and it makes u feel like ur bothering them when u need something.

My family likes to eat at Hibiki because of variety of food and great taste. I love there coffee cake alots. Its real coffee taste. Moreover, my son can select lots of food he likes to eat.

Udon soup broth was delicious service was horrible my change was brought back incorrectly no eye no smile overall bad service would not go back
