Finally was able to try this place out, its in a somewhat new plaza that has a good amount of free parking . But most have a 2 hour time limit on them. So I came here with a couple friends, and was able to try a good variety of their items . From the golden Bao, crispy chicken wings, shaken house fries, shrimp spring roll, bone-in short rib pho, fried tofu pho, and combo fried rice with short rib and shrimp. The food has a good twist in them and to be honest, Im not sure if I can have pho anywhere else . All the food came out delicious, nothing was overcooked or undercooked . The broth in the pho was so good, there was no need to add more extra sauces in it . I cant wait to try more dishes from this place . Since I totally forgot to get my pho "shaken style " . The place was nice and clean with friendly staff, our food came out quick . They have nice clean restrooms , and to top it off they use Non-styrofoam containers for their to-go items .

Pretty tasty, fun menu options. But slightly overpriced. I have gone Three times in the last month, but the most recent visit will probably be my last. There was about half the amount of meat there normally was in my short ribs pho. I mentioned it to the waiter, when they ask you "how is everything?" And he insisted they measure the precise amount of meat everytime. Instead of offering any extra meat to make the customer happy, he basically told me I was wrong, sorry. I understand if every customer complained, you might lose out on money by offering a little extra meat to make them happy, but if one customer who frequented your restaurant almost on a weekly basis isnt happy, thats different. I hoped they would have tried to satisfy their loyal customers better.

My favorite Pho in Buena Park hands down. Had the oxtail pho (Pho duoi bo). The pho soup base here is much clearer than other places so having the oxtail pho also tastes like a fusion of "galbi tang" (korean beef soup) and pho combined. (My fellow koreans will understand lol) It is probably the most Modernized Pho Restaurant I have ever been in. Very hipster, which is a nice change from your typical mom and pop owned very basic and unappealing pho restaurants Im more used to seeing. There is usually a little bit of a wait in the mornings on the weekends (cause its a great hangover cure and everyone probably drank the night before) but it goes by pretty quickly.

It was innovative, they served these mini Banh Bao, this place had the fantastic idea of making them smaller and frying them giving them a while new taste. The Pho itself was perfect, we didnt need to add anything to the broth. The vegetables where fresh and they didnt skimp on the meat. I actually ran out of noodles before meat. The variety if meat was great and they had free unlimited noodles, if you felt the need for it. This was probably some of the best Pho, we have ever had. My hubby says its as good as, if not better than, his aunts home made Pho and better than the pho hes had in Vietnam and he is super Vietnamese. LOL

This is a wonderful new restaurant for the anaheim/brea/ buena park area. The food is good, but their appetizer is even better! Its so good that I no longer have to drive down to Garden Grove to get "pho." They have a variety of pho style that you can choose from, but my favorite is the "pho bac" nothern style pho. The broth is rich and the aroma that it realeases is intoxicating. Of course you must get a drink to go with your order, so add on their green tea, so refreshing. Cant wait to come back and fill my tummy with some of this deliciousness. MUST TRY * garlic fries *green tea creme brulee

Delicious Pho thats more premium and artful than your typical neighborhood Pho shop. I normally get the basic version and its awesome. Sometimes if Im ready for something really decedent Ill go for the "shaken style" or filet mignon but they can be to oily for me on a regular basis. I keep going back and the food is always awesome. I do miss their herbal tea that was very refreshing, but has recently (sadly) disappeared from the menu.

This is not your average Vietnamese restaurant. Its got fusion dishes, with excellent appetizers and vegan pho. They have spam fried rice, fries with unique toppings too. The cafe sua da (Vietnamese coffee) has the real drip filter. Decor is modern and excellent too. The price is higher than usual family owned pho places but the its definitely worth it. We are coming back to try more dishes!

By far one of the best vietnamese pho ever. They have a great selection of variety topping for your pho. Dont forget to ask for basil and beansprout. As well extra pho noodle as many as your tummy can handle. They soup is always hot compare to other pho place your soup get cold after awhile. Depend on time and when you go, there may be a wait - especially for bigger party. Enjoy

The saltado dish was amazing. Friend and I came here only cuz we were paying by and geezus it was an awesome surprise. U dont normally find good American Viet fusion, but major exception here. Cherry on top was when I was there they were playing The Life of Pablo. Honestly, do I need to say anything else?

Definitely met my expectations! Had the truffle fries, shrimp pho and fried rice. Super fatty mode lol. The fries and rice were awesome. Loved the broth to my pho, the shrimp were overlooked by could also have been my fault for letting them swim in the broth for a long time lol. Will be back for sure!

The short rib pho was very flavorful. I got a free herbal tea with yelp check in. I wish the pho had more meat. Later I found they have unlimited noodles. I wish they would have asked me if I wanted more noodles. The venue is small so there is a few minute wait during lunch hour.

Súp Noodle Bar is a wonderful place to find great tasting food. You may have to wait, but its worth it, the wait time can be long on the weekends, the locals love their noodle house. And its not too bad on the pocketbook, a definite must check out if you like Phó.

Price to taste ratio is low. The food was good but not great. My friends and I feel they are trying to hard to be something special. The portions are big so if you are with your someone special just pick a bowl and split it. Will not be returning.

Sup Noodle Bar is great. Ive tried plenty of things off the menu and I have been satisfied each visit. The inside is cute and I also love the drink options. Never disappointed when I come here.

Delicious, rich broth. Get the shaken beef Pho...it adds a new complexity and taste nothing like the Pho you can get in Westminster. Prices are reasonable and portions are insane!

I would give it a 4, but this place stopped making vegetarian Pho, and has only two other veggie options as a meal. Im disappointed that they removed the veggie option.
