I called in an order and was given a time of 20 minutes to pick up the order. Getting to the restaurant 30 minutes later to pick up my food I was told to take a seat where I had to wait another 15 minutes! The woman helping me apologized and was very honest as to why the order was running late. So much to be said about great customer service and respecting your customers. Food was great and I left with a smile (even if I had to wait) and thats always a winning combo.

OK so I usually dont post unless the place is phenomenal or crap. Walked in ordered lunch special some soup cause I was feeling like something warm and egg roles for my coworkers. Oder arrived no chopsticks "girl tells me oh we dont usually give chopsticks to non Chinese" then I ask wheres my KungPao "oh you ordered that?" Yes, sorry but what you ordered should be enough for you... Yeah never going there again and neither are my coworkers...

The staff had us waiting for a long time. They Said they do not have a table for two;but, as soon as other two men came in they gave them a table for ten, pull out the chairs for them, gave them tea and menus. The two said they do not have reservations and that they just walked in. Unacceptable service was rendered to the person I was with who was a senior and disabled . Will not go back to this place nor will we refer them.

Great food, best Chinese food in the area. However if you order vegetables then theyre pretty pricy. Portions are decent and quality is good. Restaurant is clean, compared to other Chinese places. But seating is limited and sometimes we have to wait a while. They dont let you sit in the big tables unless you have a big party so we have to wait even though theres two big tables open.

I thought the Restaurant waiter was very very nice! The food was okay ..they gave you Free Hot pot of tea (as they should) in chinese restaurants ... Free Rice that comes with a dish of vegetables and a free Hot soup. Everything was ok to me..granted its fairly new so who knows what may come of this place in the near future!

This is about as close to authentic as you can expect in West Covina. Not worth the price you pay for each dish, plus an extra $1-2 for rice...yes a Chinese restaurant that charges for rice. Food was pretty bland and needed spiciness to their "spicy" dishes.

Everything was amazing. From the popcorn chicken, to the beef and broccoli, to the house peppered fish (favorite)! The place was packed when we got there and yet our service was great and food came out hot and fast. Highly recommend

Food is good. Business was slow at first but has picked up a lot. They offer Taiwanese breakfast and their flavors are authentic. The prices have gone up with their popularity.

Vegetables were fresh from the string beans and pork to the peas and carrots on the fried rice. The selection of dumplings was delicious. We will pay our custom here often.
