My husband and I used Cafe Rio catering services for our wedding in April. We had a small wedding and had a conservative budget, but we were determined to have great food! My husband and I had eaten at Cafe Rio a few times prior to hiring them for our wedding and we absolutely love their food, so I decided to look deeper into catering. They have formal chaffing dishes, we didnt have a drab taco set up at our wedding. It was very beautiful, classy and delicious. We were EXTREMELY impressed with the staff that was working our buffet line, they were clean, very personable and professional. I cant even tell you how many times I was approached by my guests about how delicious the food was. People were really impressed. Even my father in law said he doubted me when I told him I was going to have a "taco buffet" at the wedding and was surprised to see how formal and classy the set up actually was. Thank you for the great food and service!

We love Cafe Rio. It has always been one of our favorite places to eat. There isnt one where we live so since we are vacationing we stopped here and were excited to come for dinner. The food was good (as usual) but the service was really sad. No joke, there were 5 people in line (my family included) and about 7 employees behind the counter and we stood in line for 20 min before they took the order of the couple in front of us and then made it to us. We ordered two drinks, they gave us one. And they were out of ice. It was very disappointing.

For a quick order at the counter restaurant, I was surprised by the delicious food. The team that works there is friendly and helpful. Could you change the ordering process? One can not move through the line without giving thier order 4 times which is annoying. I would be happier if one person took the order and the staff made the effort to communicate with each other. It is difficult for parents to keep their kids in line for such a long time and if you changed the ordering process, the experience would be improved for everyone.

For the most part, I love this place.... everything I have ordered is always good and always brings me back.... employees are friendly and fun. But I hate when I am looking forward to something like guacamole with my nachoes and somehow it gets left out of the bag and I arrive home with no guacamole. So very sad. Seriously disappointed. So check your bag before you leave. Shouldnt have to..... I saw them put it on a container....

Extremely rude staff. They try to rush you out and start rolling up your burrito before you are done putting what you want in it. Every time i go there I tell them what I want to add to my burrito, and they get annoyed like its too much work for them. Ridiculous. Last visit the cashier didnt say hi or bye just took money and went on to next person.

Got food poisoning here a while back, just writing a review now because another person I know has gotten ill from eating here as well. The quality of the food is good, however, the employees that prepare it do not appear to maintain a sanitary environment, and I remember it smelling like old wet rags when I ordered food that night. Beware.

We went on a busy afternoon around four. Staff looked out of sync and acted bothered with my question, asked for clairity of item being ordered. Actually rushed along, staff seamed more interested in their conversation then with Customers! Food was nothing Special !!

Food is good and on the healthier side in terms of fresh and made on site. Long lines during the lunch rush and they always seem to have the newest, most inexperienced person on the front line. Be prepared to wait 20 in line during busy times.

Their food is amazing -- "Americanized" Mexican. The dining room is casual and comfortable. Be prepared to pay $10/meal, but youre getting a lot better food than Taco Bell. The sweet pork quesdilla is one of my favorite meals on this planet.

Food is great! Line is incredibly slow and usually long. Took over 15 minutes to get through it this time. If it was faster, Id rate them 5 stars. Try the Cilantro Lime Lemonade.... amazing!
