Very disappointed, my husband ordered a banana nutella crepe with ice cream for me only to get home and realize there was no ice cream and the banana that was put inside the crepe was rotten. We called Casa de Cafe to let them know our situation and the worker hung up on us 4 times after telling him what happened to our order putting the excuse that the phone kept getting cut off, on the final call rudly he told me he had too many people in there, clearly he didnt know how to handle this situation. We use to go here at least 2/3 times a week and after today Im sure to never return.

The guy at the register was a bit mean. I asked questions since they had no menu, at least thats what i was told, and it was my first time there. The cashiers response was look it up online I have people here. I said yes I know, but Im going to ask you because I was here first. He then helped me. Otherwise the environment was cozy. The coffee is a bit over priced $7 for a "pancho villa" frappe. It was good coffee.
