Almost choked to death on a BIG FAT PIECE of green stringy stuff that I found out was the left over bits of cilantro stems that didnt get liquefied in the cilantro dressing. Since the cilantro dressing is thick I never noticed it there until I choked on it. And YES it was big! About the size (no smaller) of a Bubblilicous gum piece! The ONLY reason I didnt choke to death on it was because a family member is a nurses assistant at Kaiser and she knew how to do the Heimlich maneuver, Id hate to think if it was anybody else who didnt have someone near by with first aid training! Thats what I get for trying to eat healthy! NO THANK YOU! Back to going to the Carls Jr. just down the road. And this wasnt the first time some unpleasantness happened there, just the last.

EstE restaurante de Pollo Loco, es el mejor de todos los que están a su alrededor. La atención de sus empleados al cliente es muy especial y excelente, Rapides, muy amables y sobretodo muy limpio. Aunque viva yo muy lejos, no me importa manejar y llegar a disfrutar de excelente servio y admosfera.

I was invited for the first time to eat at this place. The service and rudeness of the cashier was unbelievable. The food wasnt the best. I have had better chicken at other places. I think this place is overrated. Very sad that the customers who are the reason for this place to be open and the employees have a job because of them are treated this way. Another customer asked me to tell about her own experience having to go back in her pajamas to get the rest of her order that was incomplete and she was mistreated on top of it. Wow!!!

Its dirty...trash is always on the tables and floor...the employees are always chatting to each and on their phones ignoring you..the salsa bar is always a mess and under stocked..the soda machine is always overflowing with unused ice and spilled soda everywhere..and the portions are extremely small for the money you pay...its cold soggy and either under cooked or over cooked

I love working with El Pollo Loco. Portions are very generous and my catering order is always ready at the time specified. My clients love it! Only thing I wish they would change is the lettuce for the salad. They use iceberg and its usually kinda wilty and soggy. Romaine or greenleaf would be a better choice. All their food is delicious and perfectly prepared!

This place had really ramped up their menu with fresh and healthy selections. The UNDER 500 menu is flavorful and really good - and under 500 calories. The staff is super friendly, and Ive never had an error in my any of my orders .

The new shrimp taco platter is amazing! Two generous sized shrimp tacos, flavorful rice and their beans are the best I have ever had from a fast food place. Their food is authentic Mexican and full serve restaurant quality.

This is my favorite fast food place for sure. I love that they grill the chicken right there. No walls or anything blocking you from seeing them take your food out of heated water or whatever at the other fast food places.
