Dhaba Indian Cuisine has been in Tracy for awhile, and it has been a great addition to the ever growing food scene. My friends and family come here often whenever were craving delicious Indian food. My family and I always get garlic naan, tandoori chicken, and mango lassi. We switch up the curries now and then, but the chana masala and mango chicken are my favorites. My parents have been getting the veggie biryani rice, on top of ordering white rice. The biryani goes well with the tandoori chicken, while I find the white rice doesnt compete with the curries. The restaurant looks small, but it can accommodate, I would say, two parties of 8 at the same time. I havent been to there for lunch, where they offer the food buffet style. Id like to do so soon. I wish Dhaba continued success!

I came here a few times to give another chance to them each time...EVERY TIME I get more and more disappointed. Last Sunday I went for my friends birthday lunch...I received a ripped up menu...I even took a picture of it. My friend ordered some Rooh Afza and even after we got our meals she did not get it yet. The waiter came a few times telling her itll be out in a few minutes..after an hour when we were done eating another waiter came by and I asked where it was, he said they ran out..AFTER WE WERE DONE EATING. Ive been there a few times and have been to events where they catered, the food has not been the best, and cold. Will definitely not come here again.

After boarding in Tahoe we wanted some yummy food and Indian was the unanimous craving. The food was amazing. Yes, I was definitely pleasantly surprised such a great place is in Tracy (sorry Tracy). Everything was delicious. Yes. Everything. Order the asterisk items and you cant go wrong. Its family run and owned which I love supporting! This will be one of my go to places après Tahoe. Butter chicken = yum Masala shrimp = yum Baigan Bharta = yum Kadai Chicken = yum Chicken Saag = yum Basmati rice = yum The best thing is they ask you what spice level you like! Catering to your needs.

I love this place! My husband and I have been fans for over 2.5 years now. We always order extra because its great the next day warmed up. We have only dinned in the restaurant once and usually order our food take out. The dinner is small but the food is amazing. I have never tasted such deliciousness in all of my life. I highly recommend if you like to try new and exciting things, go to Dabah. Try the Butter Chicken and the Palek Paneer. Not sure if I spelled that right but another good one is the Korma. Happy eating!

This is the best Indian restaurant east of the Bay Area. By far some of the best Indian food Ive ever had. Weekdays and weekends they have a great 1-3 item pre-fixed menu in a cafeteria-style with all the standards on it. Their Navratan Korma is fantastic and their butter chicken has just a hint of spiciness. I also highly recommend their wraps, with a choice of fish, shrimp or chicken wrapped in delicious naan with lettuce, tomatoes and a creamy mayo-based dressing. The wraps are very inexpensive, and are enough for a meal!

Dined here on a number of occasions and was very satisfied with my meal. If you come in for lunch they usually have a selection up from ready which includes their Nan bread which is very good and goes great with whatever you ordered or just plain. My favorite is their butter chicken over white rice. The chicken is prepared well and there is enough curry spices to make the meal enjoyable. This is very good place to dine in but arrive early because of the limited seats available. I usually order out and eat at home.

having only tried a limited number of items on their menu, I can still rate this as 5 stars. the Tandoori Chicken wraps are huge, filling, spicy and delicious, definitly an awesome Lunch or dinner option, and if you want a light, cheap lunch you can split it with someone else, along with an order of Vege Somosas and have a very filling lunch or dinner. Service is friendly, and fast. Never dined in, always take out, but noticed others who were dining in, and the food looked awesome. decent prices for awesome food!

I love Indian food, and this place is great! Was there for lunch and the prices are very reasonable. They have a very good lunch special, and only $1 more for each extra item if I remember correctly. I tried some of their precooked food from the display and it tasted very fresh. Nice thick freshly made naan. Also tried their garlic naan for 1.99 extra and was very good. And most of the people dining there happened to be Indian or middle eastern, a good sign that the food is good. Cant wait to go back!

So, with the memory of an amazing meal, my family made the trek to the Dhaba on the way to Clear Lake (it is not really on the way, but my taste buds were calling out to me). Anyway, my memory was slashed to bits. Outrageously slow service (the one waiter was so overworked that he was literally sweating into the food), no ventilation for the constant orders of Chicken Tikka Sizzlers (which, for vegetarians and carnivores alike, is almost nauseating), and bland food! What happened to this place?!

Not recommended for any one ... I went there ones ... When I get there it was not to busy The guy was serving a couple and picking up the used plates from the table.. After he dumped the empty plates in kitchen he come back and ask me for what I need ?? He didnt wash his hand and not even changed the gloves... I ask him did you change your gloves he said yes.. But I saw the gloves already dirty.... So I left that place...wont go back there...

We ordered few items from menu and it was hit or miss situation. Chiken seekh kabob was okay but hard. Samose were poorly made with potato being bland. Kadi pakoda was excellent and looks like its their speciality. Chola in chola bhatura was just mediocre but bhature were good. Chilli Paneer was excellent and was enjoyed by everyone and we also liked thier naan basket. Indian Tea was very bad and will not recommend to order it.

The Indian Gangster server is what ruined the whole experience, very rude, seemed he hated every aspect of his job, didnt refill our drinks and ignored us, if the woman who owned the place would have been there I guarantee this would not of happened. Hate to say it but this is our third bad experience, Im wondering if it switched owners,

So good!!! Me and my boyfriend shared a 3 entree lunch plate and it was definitely enough food for the both of us (my bf us a big boy too) we had some kind of marinated BBQ chicken, butter chicken and curry chicken. You need to get the mint salsa and garlic non bread too! Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again.

Good place and ok food. Nothing special about it. Although quantity is good per price charged. If you have never tasted "real Dhaba" food, then you ll like it lot more than those who have actually eaten it. "Dhaba" basically means like road side restaurant food. Other than meaning of the name, food is nowhere close to it.
