Customer service has always been an issue, of late, it is getting worse. It is not that there isnt enough staff; for the size of the restaurant the staff seems to be about right but it is gross mismanagement on logistics - orders are taken at random and served at random with no concept of first in first serve. Also, the quality of food has gone down considerably from the time the restaurant opened. Last weekend I had to wait for 30 minutes to pick up my phone order, that is after going there 30 minutes from planing the order, at which point we were told to come by in 15 mins. The worse part is, no one took the time to apologize for the delay. After that experience, my 5 years old commented that she will never ever, ever, ever, ever go there again. How can you argue with that logic?

The biriyani, chicken and mutton, were very disappointing. If I could give 0 stars I would. The prices were not at all reasonable as the food tasted very bad. The rice along with the meat were very hard and chewy. It was like trying to eat a soft rock. The masala did not mix at all with the rice giving an overall bland taste. Overall, the food was very dissapointing and wasnt at all good. The prices were very unreasonable and I recommend that no one come here with high expectations.

Flavors can be a bit bland and like most places that sell Indian food, the flavors can be overwhelming to the points that everything tastes the same. Also, Im not sure if food can be any richer. Be prepared to eat this and be full and taste it for the next week. However, if youre in the mood for Indian food, I think this is going to be as authentic as American-Indian food will get around here.

Friendly service and a great value (5% cash discount for vegetable combo lunch comes out to $8.25 after tax). Saag paneer was watery, but the paneer butter masala was better with strong flavors. Naan tasted like it was microwaved, but papadum was good. Raita was nice and thick. Good place for take-out. Overall, no complaints for the price and service.

Decent Indian food with very friendly staff. Pretty good vegetarian options. My first time trying falooda was a lot like your first time trying Boba. It was strange but in a good way. The mirch kasalan seemed well made, but not to my taste, and the paneer butter masala was good.

Food, service, and serving gives the greatest value. I love the moma nd pop shop feel and the personal approach of the owners. The food is superb. We have never been disappointed in every dish that weve ordered for every visit. Try all the different types of Biryanis.

4 star is for customer service. Great and excellent customer service. Above and beyond service. Now food is ok. I ordered Lamb briyani not good but fish was good. So overall good. Excellent customer service does it all

Very friendly service by a slim, tall gentleman. He was training a new waiter so I hope the new hire will reflect his trainer. Food was delicious and prices reasonable. We will return shortly and many more times..

Its a new restaurant operated by the old owner of Hyderabad Biryani house. Food is tasty. I had daal makhani and paneer pasanda, both were above average. Ambience is ok, but little bit congested.
