Went to Karaoke on Wednesday night at 9pm with my lovely girlfriend Karen. First time visit. Service was good, my Jalapeno burger was delicious with Sweet Potato fries, and my girlfriend really liked the Fish and Chips. The Karaoke was lots of fun, singers were all good and some were very good...which is rare, and I still got to sing several songs. People were friendly and the crowd varied from youthful to middle aged. The KJ was a great guy (and singer also - black KJs matter - lol!). The sound system was superb with wireless mics, and the video displays are large, numerous, and clear. I also noticed they do off track betting on horse races (probably explains the numerous displays). Overall very nice for me, an avid singer, and Ill probably look into the off track betting too. My girlfriend also thought all the singers were good, and suggested we go Karaoke-hopping more often.

Anybody wishing to eat in a landfill, I recommend you check this place out. The food is not that bad, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. We dined on the patio along with an assortment of cigarette butts, beer cans and other debris (assorted trash, lighters, betting tickets, rotting food,etc.) that covered the garden. I even saw several vermin running through said garden just several feet away from where we dined. When I complained, they stated that it would be attended to, several weeks later I returned to see if it had been cleaned up and was quite dismayed that it wasnt. I will not be returning to this disease factory disguised as a restaurant and I will be notifying friends and business associates not to do as well. Anyone else interested in contracting hepatitis.....bon appetit !

I came to the tilted kilt the first month it opened, I wasnt impressed with the food, service or prices. Before I left a review I figured I would give it another chance. Not only was the food better the second time the service was phenomenal !! Thank you Kristin for the best customer service I have had at any restaurant or bar in Thousand Oaks!

As a drinking hole itll do. Pretty sick the way management have epitomised sexist culture by what the female staff wear. Im male and appreciate the female form - certainly - but i dont need to see arse whenever i have a beer or some fries. Management clearly are a little more desperate. Id go elsewhere if there were another local option.

The food is ok but WAY overpriced. I wouldnt say it has an Irish feel, its like an Applebees with an Irish flair more like it. The beer selection is so-so, nothing to write home about. Yes, the women are scantily clad, Id say a step up from hooters attire. Overall, ok place to go, but not worth going out of your way for.

Have visited here twice now. Im a big fan. $3 drafts of Budweiser - $5 Shiner Bock - but they also have some great beers like delirium ($9) . I had the hot chicken dinner w/ baked beans that was also tasty ($10) Friendly staff and bartenders, excited to see this place succeed in the area as a neighborhood bar.

Went there yesterday for Happy Hour. Guess what, there wasnt one. Ordered Chili and Sausage Eggs. Abominable! Worst food I have ever had in Thousand Oaks.My 2 friends ordered Wings and Clams. Awful. Asked for a beer on the menu. Didnt have it. Will never go back.

Well the food was good atleast what i got but the service sucked. i sat at the bar for 5 minutes before i was even noticed and asked if i wanted a drink then when i was ready to go it took forever to get my ticket. overpriced and overrated!

Nice location of popular chain. Extra star "*" because staff and patrons make it feel like a friendly locals hang out rather than the usual link in chain of casual dining restaurants. Plenty of televisions for sports.
