Bartender at one of the bars refused to acknowledge us as we asked for drinks right in front of her. Waited 10 minutes and went around to their outside bar. Same situation. When we finally got to order, the bartender acted inconvenienced and made the drinks incorrectly. Moscow Mule was more like a margarita on the rocks. Even poured it in a glass rather than a copper cup. Sat at the stage bar and the bartended was completely put out I couldnt hear her over the band. Made it extremely awkward when I tried to hand her cash for my drinks. Smirked at my inability to hear her and turned away and ignored me for 4 minutes or so. Then came back and too my cash. When my friend was finally sick of the attitude we kept receiving and only tipped $1 on the $11 dollar drink he ordered, the bartended very sarcastically told him "THANKS". Step up your game if you want to get paid. At that point you were lucky to even receive a tip. Four separate bartenders with piss poor attitudes and customer service. All drinks tasted practically virgin. Dont waste your money on this place.

Ive been in here over 10 times, hoping the service and attitude of employees (especially whoever runs their social media) would change. Unfortunately instead of getting better, they continue to get worse. With that being said, here are the pros and cons Pros. Some of the food is good (Short rib Mac n cheese, steak bites), nice decor, okay beer selection. Thats about it. Cons. Service is the worst. It takes forever to even get acknowledged and even longer to get what you ordered. Prices are too high, only time the food is worth the money is during happy hour. They claim beer from San Diego, Oregon, etc as local. There are actually only two local beers on tap and I heard the bar manager complaining about one of those not making him enough money. If you try to reach out to them on social media with an issue, they just get snarky and ignore the issue. There are so many great places in The Collection, this is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and take your money to one of the other restaurants nearby.

Yes 2 stars. The reasoning behind the 2 stars are 1= The look. Looks pretty dang cool in there if you ask me. 2= The food. Now dont get me wrong, this wasnt even close to the best meal Ive ever had, but it was good....so why not another star right? Lol. But man was the service amateur. Out waitress seemed like a sweet gal, and I truly believe she is. But it was quite obvious she didnt really know how to handle a very slow Saturday afternoon. Maybe her Co-workers suck and she had to pick up their slack?? Who knows....but man was it bad lol. So if youre looking for a 5 star experience, go elsewhere. If you are just trying to have a drink or two in a "Trendy" location with bad service....This is your place :)

First time in town, wanted to try this place, went in about 3pm on a Sunday and asked if theyre going to have live music that night, the girl at the front desk says there will be live band starting at 830 tonight. We left and came back at 9pm to eat and listen to live music, except there was no live music, another girl said we dont have live music on Sundays. Totally threw us off and we didnt want to eat there anymore and left. Hiring staff who know their stuff is a great thing.

Amazing chef, very personal, and this food is straight from the heart! During our visit the chef came to our table and shared his story and passion for the dishes hed created. His pot roast was born from a family recipe that his 91 grandmother had been making, now passed down to him. The pork shoulder dish is by far one of the best bridges between rich savory pork and tang from the vinegar greens. Highly recommend for drinks, food, and a personal experience.

Absolute WORST service in the County. Unorganized, and made numerous errors on the order. Second visit, same bad service, same comedy of errors, took nearly 20 minutes just to get water. All this: with the restaurant being almost empty (both visits). The biggest surprise after all of that: the food was terrible. Some unercooked, some overcooked- generally bad. Made one person in the group sick! There will be no 3rd chance.

Best Gin & Tonics around! Love coming here for some drinks and live music. The atmosphere is cool and its usually a pretty happening place on the weekends. The service is just okay however. Some of the bartenders arent the most friendly and seem to not pay much attention to you. I still enjoy coming here though!

Average food but a very nice atmosphere. Dont go here for the food but it is a great place to hang with friends. Although the food isnt great, it is at least reasonably priced so youre not over paying for average food. The live music is hit or miss but I appreciate live performances and the decor is great.

It is a hot spot ..so very crowded ..myself and girlfriend were sitting at the bar couldnt get a drink waited 15 Fn minutes ..nothing..!!! Know one acknowledged us..we had gone b4 it wasnt Soo bad but WTF..!!took off went to Yardhouse they have better beer anyways..PICK YOUR GAME UP copper blues!!!

Went here on a Friday night just before it got packed. I really enjoyed the live music (INSTONE played that night) and the drinks were good. The food is like small plates, meant to be shared but I didnt really love anything that I ate. Love the industrial yet earthy decor and the atmosphere.

First time visit. Was seated and completely ignored. Sat down and waited for more than 5 minutes for at least a drink order and no one came. My wife and I walked out and no one even said a word. About 5 customers were there and 4 employees B/Sing around.

This is a great bar for indoor outdoor seating . Went there to watch the Mexico soccer game and the bartender was great even made my wife a cucumber Margarita which was not on their menu. Highly recommend this place to drink while your wife shops

Horrible service. Wait time was supposed to be 15-20 min. Waited almost 45 min to get seated. The place was empty with servers just aimlessly running around. Food was decent but not worth the price. There are better choices at the Collection.

Copper Blues is a fun new spot to drink and listen to music. They hire local artists and bands and never have a cover charge for guests. The happy hour is from 3-6 and they have yummy food. The bartenders/servers were cute and friendly.

Great bar, great drinks, and very good food. Pretty impressed with this place. My wife had the kickstart my heart and is was very good. We shared the chicken nachos and they were awesome.

Great music! Was at the comedy club, but heard a lot of the music! I would like to go there for Copper Blues! !! Music every Friday and Saturday night. As well as for Sunday Brunch!
