it is Hans Chinese Food now. this place is great. Han is very nice and always cheerful. the food is traditional Chinese. nothing fancy. he allows the sampling of foods. once in a while he offers a specialty item. i havent found anything i didnt like. (i dont consume pork, so i cant fully comment on the menu in its entirety) Veggies are FRESH. all items are hand chopped, sliced, diced and whatever. nothing is pre-packaged. i love the food there. always a good amount of portions. not the most pretty looking place. but it is clean. well, clean enough. it is a mom & pop establishment. the family works very hard. it should have a bit more customers if there was advertising of some sort. the walls are covered in pencil sketches drawn by their son. good work of free hand. i recommend this place over anywhere in T.O. that is Chinese. Panda Express doesnt count. like saying taco bell is mexican food. give this place a shot, it is well deserved. you will not be disappointed. you want authentic, then Hans is the place.

Went on a Friday evening early so there was plenty of seating. The service is extremely friendly! We had the combo A - black bean Donuts and Fast Chinese Food, fried dumplings and sweet & sour pork for $17. It was plenty for 2 people.

The price is okay for me, but the decoration seems historical. Anyway, I will go there again definitely!
