Our server savannah was very rude, unprofessional, and seemed disoriented. First she got our orders wrong, then when we told her she snarked at us made a nasty comment under her breath then stormed off. Afterwards she was on her phone the whole time we waited for our correct order to come out for almost an hour. Forget people have lives and schedules right? Or the fact that we spent well over $100 in your restaurant. Lastly we order desert, cheesecake cant be too hard right? Boy were we wrong, we waited another 20 minutes and it never came out. Flagged our server savannah down and low and behold, she forgot about us! I can assure that my family and I will not be coming back here. Your servers reflect your management and this restaurant is obviously poorly managed to have hired someone like savannah.

I would like to bring it to the attention to the Management that there seems to be a hateful employee who thinks its fine to make racial slurs to people who did not tip this young lady. She fabracted a false allegation that her guest that she served did not tip "Blacks or Mexicans, Make America great again " As a white person with a Hispanic wife and Daughter Im made to feel not welcomed at this restaurant. I will no longer be eating at the cheesecake factory as they seem to have lost respect for the people that eat there on a daily basis. You could never get me to come back even if it was free for the rest of my life. Im sure other people feel the same. The waitress is Savannah Cardenas. terrible customer service: I get there around 5:25, after 5 minutes, I get a buzzer, is a 10 minute wait, I get called 15 minutes later only to be put on another line, 10 minutes later they take me to a table. I ask for a booth, I am told they cant put me on a booth that is available because is for 4 people and we are only 2. I am told itll be another 15 minutes. This guy arrives, manager goes and says hi, they put him in front of me and without putting his name on the list get seated in less than 15 minutes, in a booth for 4 people and is also a party for 2! He knows the managers!!!!! Get to know the managers so you can get seated without putting your name on the list AND minimum wait! My total wait? 1 hour!!!!!!

I eat at the cheesecake factory a few times a year. Their serving sizes are very generous so I always share with my wife. Our favorite menu items are the following: Jambalaya Pasta $19 Avocado Egg Rolls $12 Combination Steak Diane and Herb Crusted Salmon $22.50 Dulce de leche caramel Cheese Cake I feel that for the price, the quantity, quality and service are very good. They have the best cheesecake around (though that is a bit pricey). Im always happy to eat at the Cheesecake Factory.

The food was good, but the communication from the waiter and manager were poor. My wife asked the waiter for lunch portion many times and it ends up with full dinner. The manager said there is no lunch portion ever, but my wife ordered many times for take out. The waiter told us later that the lunch portion is without shrimps. Basically, the manger was telling us that we were lying. We didnt want to make a scene out of it, but I had a BAD after taste of the place.

This place looks nice and food tastes pretty good, but its loaded with MSG. I chose this place because their website says "high quality ingredients" but my fiancée had such a horrible reaction to the food he was sick all night with high pulse and dizziness from the MSG. He thought it was just the fries, so the next day he had some of a leftover sandwich and got sick all over again. If you dont mind MSG, its fine but seriously watch out if you do

The last few times weve eaten at this location, the food was underpar. Last night I ordered something that was usually pretty good and there was hardly any cheese in it. The service was excellent, but you had better bring your food up to what it used to be. the restaurant was 1/2 empty at 5:30pm and thats telling me a lot of people are feeling the same way. I remember a time when the Cheesecake Factory food was enjoyable. However, the past few visits to various CFs has left a little more to be desired. The service is great, the waitress we had for our large party of 12 was more than friendly. However, the food just didnt cut it. No flavor or taste. One of the dishes was sent back as it was just inedible, while others gave up eating, looking for something else.

Horrible service I ordered Some food to go.. got there it wasnt even ready they didnt give me forks for the pasta or butter for my bread even though i asked if they had put butter in my bag and said yes, pasta was cold i asked for Parmesan cheese they gave me about 1 oz of it when i had ordered a large pasta I had to wait extra 10 minutes for my cheesecake to be ready. I DIDNT EVEN ENJOY MY LUNCH.

This place is a great brunch spot! We came here on a Wednesday so there wasnt much of a wait. I ordered the plow which was delicious! The lemon pancakes were the best part, super soft and tasty! Service was great and the server came back to check on us multiple times and even let us split our check 4 ways (which is total pain - I know). Definitely coming back!!

I was very impressed with the quality of service recieved at this location. We were promptly seated and waited on, it was super busy at the time. My dinner was sumptuous; I ordered the ribeye steak and it was super juicey and cooked to profection. I will defiantly return when I am traveling in this area. Thanks for the great meal while visiting this area.

Good selection of expected American gastropub fare with some diverse specials. My wife liked the fish tacos. I enjoyed Thai Chicken and vegetables over brown rice. Craft beer offering looked interesting for our next visit. You really can bring your dog to the patio if they are leashed and well behaved. Moderate prices and friendly servers.

This is by far the best restaurant in town. You have to try the avocado eggrolls (or whatever theyre called) theyre delicious. The dry tomato and basil pizza is the best pizza Ive ever tried too. And what about the desserts? Well they have the best cheesecakes here as well. You have to come and try this place. Definitely recommended!

The service was so so our waiter came by once in a while and always smelled like he just had a cigarette. Then we had a good portion on our plates we did not finish and after we got the leftovers home we realized only half of each of what we had leftover came back to us. Why did he keep the rest of our leftovers still puzzling
