The experience was terrible... I am only 18 and I went to the restaurant with my family yesterday night around 8. Our server was Ryan, tall with sort of long hair, combed backwards.. He was the worse server weve ever had.. Now my family is a Latino family so most of us dont know how to speak English and this server made such racist comment because my mom couldnt understand what he was saying. Im not a good translator so I couldnt help the situation but what he said was just wrong... He didnt say it directly to us, but I heard him !!!! Under his breath, he said.. Screw Latinos, they dont even know how to speak English properly... That just angered me so much ! We are proud to be Latinos and this guy just comes and says something racist like that ! He should get fired immediately ! I told my family what he had said and so We left right away, we didnt even want to speak to a manager, thats how angry we were !!! This server was just terrible !!! The first thing Im gonna do tomorrow morning, is call corporate because this cant be happening ! I thought it was nice place ! But it turned out to be a nasty ugly place !

The decor was pretty good, the food was pretty good, but the waitress we had was unfortunately sub-par. The only reason why I am rating this visit a 5 star is because of how the manager handled it. I think his name was Clinton and hes the only reason why my girlfriend and I will come back. He was knowledgable and sincere. To explain: my girlfriend had ordered the sirloin Tuscano, 10minutes later the waitress comes back to tell us, they ran out(the manager told us they have been out all day and that is waiter was told in the morning), so she ordered something new, not a huge deal, but her lack of time management and follow up regarding drinks was non existent. I cant tell if it was because she had too many tables or some other reason but when we saw another waiter sit a family down, take their order, feed them, service them, provide them with a check, and then sit an entire new family at that same table, and still service them before our waitress came back to check in on us at which point I was ready for the check and doggy bag. Im guessing it was a one off so I will definitely try again another day.

By far the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant Ive ever been to. The food was great but the service was the worst . Our waiter Christian, we had to ask over and over again for our food and condiments we got everything half an hour later . Not to mention he lied about a free wine bottle and charged us for it . We were also charged 3 times for one of the dishes we had and charged us for stuff we didnt order . When we told him to fix it he apologized and still charged my Visa card 75 bucks over . It took us over an hour just to fix the errors on the bill . Service was a disgrace , I will never step foot at that restaurant again! Olive Garden in Valencia is 10,000 times better in every way ! I cant believe he lied about the free wine to cover his butt and then charge us for it ! He should be fired ! Shame on you Olive Garden of Thousand Oaks ! Ive been forced to give one star because this review doesnt let me give zero stars

The wait was too long. I was told about 20 minutes and it turned out to be an hour long. I was with a party of 8 and I called in 2 days before to see if I could make a reservation and the manager I spoke to said they were full. While on a wait, a party of 4 comes in saying they had a reservation. It made me upset that they would lie to me. Further more, we sat for about 30 more minutes until someone came to greet us. Our drinks didnt arrive for another 20 minutes and the food was cold. Never again will I eat in this restaurant. The Olive Garden in both Burbank and Northridge are way better. Also, when we asked to see a manager, we had to wait another 20 minutes. He was very rude as well.

First visit there for me and loved the experience. The restaurant was beautiful in decor, clean, and staff was VERY cheerful and friendly. Our waiter was Al and he could not have been better. Had lunch with a friend and we were not disappointed by anything! Al went out of his way to provide good service and I will definitely be going back.

I love Olive Gardens salads and every dish I have eaten there so far, Once I eat there for my birthday and for the dessert I got a bunch on mints and happy birthday written on a plate because I was to full to eat a dessert from the menu. their staff is super nice, but sometimes they need to know when the costumer is in a hurry to leave,

I like the new restaurant design. I have been to several Olive Gardens and this one is really nice. I especially liked the fireplace! I came here in their opening week and there was a long wait! The servers were all new, and we definitely could tell, but every time Ive been back the service gets better. Love the Tour of Italy, yum!

The food was cold. Noodles were uncooked. Bread sticks were hard. Poor team work. We had our waiter come up to our table just once. I got to say the only part I really liked about my dinner at this restaurant was my delicious salad. Not coming back here during dinner anymore. Much rather go to the olive garden in ox.

Service was HORRIBLE at the beginning, it took us 20 minutes to get our drinks. Anthony was amazing though, he paid for our food and said he understood what was happening. This was the worst and best experience at Olive Garden I have had and it will forever be my favorite restaurant still :)

if you like soup then go here and order zuppa toscana! its the best soup on the planet! you order one plate and its free refills! i can only eat 3 plates at most though! after that i cant walk and have to call for a chair to wheel and dump me in my car! its that good!

Food is generally tasty, waitress was excellent, however the kitchen cant accommodate a simple change to a food item. Sent back first meal, which was really salty, ordered salmon, and it was way over - grilled and dry. Other times OG is very good.

Decent restaurant n decor and waiters are cool. To admit, the hard bread sticks and olive dips..give a rather odd exp. I love the salad dressing thats complimentary with the main course and got it filled twice ;) Nice place for dinner.

We love this Olive Garden because its close to the mall and movie. You can spend the whole day here. Love the food and service. Cory our waiter today provides exceptional good service. Highly recommended. Price is very reasonable!

amazing even better than the first time. the new owner is legit.. love the new name.. i found my new spot !!! i appreciate a good pizza with exceptional employees.. you just know they put a little extra love in the food
