Today was my first time ever visiting Stinson Beach, and I loved it! We walked from the Stinson Beach Park to the first restaurant we saw -- I just wish I read the other reviews before going. EVERYTHING they say in the reviews here is 100% on. First off, the host was very odd, like there might be something off about the guy. He spoke in a very loud pitch and acted kind of bizarre and couldnt seem to control the pitch and amplitude of his voice. He might be on drugs or something. After sitting we waited and waited and were finally able to make our order. Then we waited FOREVER (at least an hour). During that wait I ordered a drink but it never arrived so I went to the bar and bought it myself. The people next to us had to ask for bread and since we were never given bread we did the same thing -- just asked a passing person (when they showed up, which wasnt that often) for some as well. We ordered two dishes -- mine was just average fare, but the other dish had uncooked rice and wasnt very good. Do yourself a huge favor and eat somewhere else and consider yourself properly warned! :)

Someone please tell the chef of this place, the definition of what a PANINNI is. On the Menu it says "Tomato/Avocado" Paninni...when I ordered it...it was a sandwich of 2 breads toasted in a toaster. REALLY!!! and they charged me $9 for THAT??? My Husband ordered Quesadilla and it was tortilla filled with stuff but not cooked ...PATHETIC. not only it is pathetic ...it is an overpriced restaurant. Save yourself time and money and try some other restaurant.

Decent food but large portions for hungry hikers and beach goers! I was really sick and wanted something bland so the cashier allowed me to get a kids burrito after a lot of pushing back on him, but even the kids portion was huge. Free water, wifi and outdoor seating is wonderful! Not a bad place to sip a beer and replenish your energy.

A little on the expensive side, but their outdoor seating makes for a great lunch spot. The burritos are *massive*, so if youre hungry go with one of those. Also, if youre thirsty the sea breeze comes fully loaded with just a hint of soda to mask the alcohol.

I had the avacado shrimp omelet- it was great and unique (I added a little tobasco to spice it up) My wife had a scramble with avacado, tomato and toast- she also liked her food. Atmosphere was quaint and prices were reasonable for a small resort town.

The whole town of Stinson was a sight worth seeing, due to its location on the cliffs on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Breakers Café was a great place for lunch, the garlic oysters were awesome, tacos were tasty but a bit over-priced.

Huge portions that make it somewhat worth the inflated prices being charged. Lets be honest though, if youre hanging out at Stinson beach you probably dont care that you just spent $60 on an omelet and eggs benedict.

Not a lot of places to choose from at Stinson Beach, which is nice, because theyre all great. Breakers has great coffee, theyre open early and theres no shame in an 8:00 am bloody mary. I cant wait to return.

Half our order came out. We were almost done with our lunch before chicken tacos came out. Burger and Ruben sandwich with fries came out before the chicken tacos. Although the food was very good.

Mediocre food, expensive prices, and I was charged $2 for soda water under the pretext that is an Italian soda. Dont waste your money. If you need food, go to the little store across the way.

We have been coming here for a few years now. Dog friendly. Great place for an early morning bloody Mary with their outside fire pit. Food is good. They now have an outside bar.

Came with a group of friends and had the lobster bisque. Tasted like watery lobster flavored tomato juice with cilantro. Seriously. How do you screw up lobster bisque so bad?

Good crab melt and tacos in terms of meat quantity and taste. expensive but given the options in town if you dont want to go down to the beach for sirens this would be my pick.

Great food. Big portions. Order-at-counter-and-have-it-delivered-to-table type of service. Theyre a bit slow and relaxed - which is what you should expect in all of Stinson.

A great place to grab food when in Stinson. Solid food offerings and an outdoor bar to enjoy a cocktail. Could use a few more outdoor heaters for those chilly, foggy days

Stopped here in between trails. Free wifi. Free water. The Mavericks breakfast burrito can easily fill 2 people. It tasted like frito pie. I like frito pie.

Amazing service, good food. They accommodated a complicated request they had every right to refuse with a smile. Will never go anywhere else in Stintson.

Just get a burger. I got the rib special and it wasnt great. The radio seemed struck in a 90s when we went, which was nostalgic, I guess.

I had the salmon and goat cheese scramble and LOVED it. Along with the Bloody Mary and the company of my husband, it was perfect.

Great food and coffee. A cozy spot with a nice outdoor seating area if it happens to be warm. A little on the pricey side.

Very nice outdoor seating area. I thought the food was OK for lunch (salmon was a little overcooked), but pricey.
