If I could rate any lower I would. I am not one to bash on taco bell as I would eat it every day of my life if I could but after tonight I will probably never go back. Today being the reopening, I really wanted taco bell. Well I ordered my food. Got home and everything inside the bag was dumped. Nothing was in the shells or the wrapping. I took the food back and they "remade" it. Got back home again... my boyfriend ordered the XXL burrito. This is like a 7 dollar burrito. It was nothing but tortilla. There was no meat, there was NOTHING. I ordered a chalupa, and Gordita crunch, again there was nothing in them. They were soggy and gross like they had been sitting all day. My friends double chalupa also had nothing in it. Just lettus. Its like they didnt even remake the food but put everything that ended up in the bag, back in the shells and called it good. Again, I am not one to criticize or bash on taco bell but Im very dissapointed. Out of it all, I didnt even get my money back.

20 minute wait for cold food. There were 5 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get my food. I could have sat down at Red Robin and gotten a proper meal that was actually warm in less time. Whats worse, when I got to the front of the line, A) there was no apology for the wait or coupon or anything B) Even though I had ordered 10 minutes prior, they still didnt have my food ready, but were staging the food for the people behind me by the window! When I got home 5 minutes after leaving, the food was cold. When I called the phone number listed on Google to let them know of their despicable service, I got a fax machine. Go to the Taco Bell in Tualatin. The building is torn apart there and they still make proper food in a timely manner that is actually warm. The prices are still ridiculous, but at least you wont be wasting as much of your time.

The service is SUPER slow. I have waited 20 minutes nearly everytime I go. And when I get my food it looks like they just slop it together. Also, since Verde isnt on the menu anymore, i dont like any of the sauces they have to offer. I was told by an employee out side of work thay you just have to ask for it. So i have been. But today, the man at the front window said no with no explanation. I said I have been getting it before but he refuses and said no and shut the window. After waiting another 5 mins at the window, he game me my food and i drove off. From here on out im going to Wendys just like everyone else trying to avoid this line. 8/6/17

Ya I had a big order I cane threw in my company vehicle the order was short so I went back through they said to hand them back the bag so they can check. Apparently they cant count tacos and when they re did the order the tacos sucked and were skimpy with the meat. I just spent 65.00 dollars I expect better from a business. Would not eat there ever again. Bad service bad food and retards who cant count. And by they way how do you keep everything in the bad when you get 8 orders you kinda have to pass it out to see what is missing.

I ordered a 12 pack of tacos. Got to the window and the person didnt even know my order. 1 car in front of me, 1 car behind me, yep pretty confusing. Then i get my order, no napkins or sauce. So i ask for sauce as i am paying and he asks in a very nasty voice "sauce........sauce for what?". I answer politely, for the tacos i just ordered. So he reaches over and hands me 2 sauces. WOW, will never go back to that place again.

Tried to get some food at 11:20 pm and they had a crudely hand drawn sign on the order screen stating that there were closed. Ended up going to Wendys instead, had great customer service, and watched as three other parties tried to go through the Taco Bell drive thru. If I was the owner I would go in there myself and run the shop because there is money to be made. No satisfied.

One of my favorite Taco Bell locations when getting off work, or needing a bite before work. This one gets pretty busy around the lunch hour so plan accordingly if youre pressed for time. The drive thru guy whos usually there is friendly and accommodating and they are really good and ensuring your order is correct. I have yet to receive an incorrect order from this location.

I got in line at the drive thru at 6:20pm. 3 cars have moved though the line and it is 6:36. 2 cars ahead of me before I can order. 6:39 worker taped up sign by speaker. 6:43 can see enough of sign that says they are short staffed. 6:45 they just closed the dining room. Straight up locked the doors! 6:47 made it to speaker and ordered. Got my food at 6:58.

Since reopening this has been the worst taco Bell, no, worst fast food anywhere. They close at anytime, shut the dining room down a half hour early, short your orders, ignore custom orders. And the drive thru is sloooooooooooooooooow. Guess they forcing me to eat healthier thru annoyance.

Our drive through order is constantly missing items making the drive through pointless because I always have to walk inside to have them fix my order. Then once I get home I find that at least one of the items that were vegetarian was made with meat. Horrible!

This seems like a normal Taco Bell. I have gone through the drive through a couple times and they have never messed up my order. The food at this location can sometimes be sloppily put together, but, the service is usually polite and prompt.

If you got time to lean you got time to clean. All trash cans were like this. Barely customers so some work could be done, thats just nasty. Kid behind the register was wiped out. Must be nice to get paid for nothing.
