I was really craving so Pad Thai but my favorite place next to this company is closed on Sundays. Instead of waiting until Monday I decided to try this place out since they are literally across the parking lot from the Thai restaurant and I only had an hour break it was convenient enough and I wanted to give it a go since I never been there. The restaurant is still fairly new and it was very nice from the outside and inside. The lady at the counter was very friendly and it looked like a good place. I liked that they were quick to fill my order also. The thing I disliked is that it was the worst Pad Thai Ive ever had unfortunately. If it wasnt labeled "Pad Thai" I dont think I would have even known. It was incredibly bland, had giant chunks of carrots, and egg. I could hardly even taste the peanut sauce. I had to put saracha sauce in it to give it flavor or it would literally have been completely tasteless compared to what Im used to getting at all the other Thai restaurants ever. I dont think Ill be a returning customer since for the same price I could get something that I actually like right across the street from this place. I really wanted to like this place because its so nice but until they change their (Pad Thai) recipe I dont think I will change my review. Who knows maybe the other food on the menu is good and I got the bad part of it but i dont want to take the chance and try again

Youd think after getting home with only half my order on my first visit to this place that Id be the guy with the one-star rating asking wishing that there was such a thing as a "zero stars". Not so. I dont live close, so by the time I got home to find that the noodle portion of the meal was missing, but that I had the salad Id ordered for my son, I just grabbed my receipt and called the restaurant. The manager, Kesih, answered and was super apologetic. She credited back my meal and urged me to come back in next time I was passing through and get a free meal on her. Yesterday, I did. I cant pronounce it, but the Pesto Capi(something) with Chicken Parmesan added was great! It was fast, they give you real cutlery to eat with (I cant stand eating real food with plastic flatware) and everyone was courteous and attentive. Ill be back and wish there was one closer to home.

This location was having one hell of a hard time tonight. I placed an online order. I thought I got there a little late, apparently not. There was a crowd of to go orders waiting. When I say crowd, I mean two larger tables full of people just waiting. I sat back and waited also, watching the mayhem. They were rude to each other, yelling at one another and shuffling around trying to get their unorganized orders together. They lost my order at some point, which had me waiting there for quite some time before deciding to ditch my food and go next door for dinner. I give them three stars because the guy up front was trying his best to stay cool and help everyone even though he clearly has not control over the kitchen. Maybe Ill give them a shot some other time.

Can be good or bad, depending on when you go. Generally, the evening staff seems to care less than the daytime crew. I dont know if its because there are more of them available during the day, but it just seems many times Ive gone in past 7pm or so, my food has come out bland with runny, watery sauce and not enough cheese or seasoning. Still, I dont go in there expecting five-star cuisine...just wish they were a bit more consistent. When theyre good, theyre good. In addition, no matter how busy they have been whenever Ive gone, Ive never waited more than ten minutes or so for my food, and its usually only a couple. Staff is friendly.

It was our first time ever at a Noodles and Company and the food was excellent. Daughter had cheeseburger mac and cheese and I had spicy Korean beef noodles. Both dishes were excellent but the spicy Korean beef noodles are super super super super spicy. If you are not looking for an exceptionally spicy dish, I suggest ordering something else. Everything had great flavor however and service was excellent. Tiny bit pricey but other than that everything was great!

Delicious food, with a pretty great variety of choices! It has a friendly staff, and the food is not bad. You simply order your food at the counter, take your seat, and they will bring your food out to you. If I could compare it to anything, it would have to be like a subway, but with noodles related, not sandwiches. Pick your style of noodles, meat, or vegetarian, additional ingredients, and quantity.

Ordered the pad thai. Got no vegetables. And egg in pad thai? What? Asked if there was a mistake and was told I got the right amount (one piece of cabbage) and that they could add more for an additional cost. Said no thanks. Hopefully the salads have more vegetables.

Something about the setup of this noodles makes it totally miserable as a guest. They have incredibly loud beeping things screeching in the kitchen, the music is also loud, and overall its not a pleasant way to eat a meal. Take-out only if we ever come here again.

I was very impressed by this restaurant. The food was very tasty and affordable. What really made this location some though was the cashier Kelsey. She was so friendly and helped me pick out vegan items. I cant express enough thanks for her assistance!

The worst customer service ever, I went there to use my coupon and its valid till the Nov 16th and the guy was like I cant use it and when I asked why he didnt have an answer, I will never go back again,

Pan-fried Udon noodles with chicken and buffalo sauce was great. Wife got Buffalo Mac and Cheese she thought it was fabulous. The cashier was hard to understand he was kinda quiet but great atmosphere.

Wanted to order a take out dish. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes for one entree. Maybe you should have more staff to help??! Was offered a free drink for waiting 30 minutes. No thank you!

Stopped there before going to the airport love this Place Good service and fast Food was delicious I had the Thi curry bowl and my husband had the Udon noodle bowl it was very good and fresh.

YUMMM!!! They lost a star because the last time I was there they gave us someone elses order and we were to go. They were closed by the time we realized. And wouldnt fix it.

Always forgetting something. You pay $1.00 extra for extra souce but its the same amount as regular price. Some of the cashiers act like your putting them out. Food is good.
