If I could give them less than 1 star I would. THIS burger King has got the most rude people working here! I was there last night and the man they had on the window felt the need to be extraordinarily rude to customers. I heard him through his speaker while he was helping a customer at the window with her change. He was rude and sarcastic to her when all she was doing was trying to pay for her food. Then when he finally returns to the speaker, I proceed to begin my order. After the first item he asks if theres anything else and when I said yes, he replied of course there is! I was appalled! I asked him what he said and of course he lied to me. I immediately asked for his manager. She wasnt much better. while I was at the window, I pointed out that they messed up my order. when she took it back to fix it, she left the window open. Then decided to ask him what happened over the speaker. he lied to her and said he only asked what else I wanted. I could hear then through the window! So when she came back I told her that I heard them and exactly what happened.she still seemed unimpressed as to how rude he really was. I left and checked my order, after which I drove back around the building and saw she put him back on the window!! Proving to me that she has no intention of any kind of repremandation which he deserves. Never ever have I been treated soo badly. WILL never go back. WILL tell everyone I know never to go there again.

I went to the Burger King at 9803 19th ave SE Everett, WA 98208 and when i got there was a kid that was his first day. He asked for help to fill the order but no one came. He charged me twice the amount of the order on my debit. Well total was 6.21 and he charged 12.21, So i received an over draft fee of 35.00. I asked them to put the money back on the card and the manger there named Stephine on 1/13/2010 @ 8:30pm was very rude and said all she could do was give me cash back. And could not return my money on the card. I was very upset but agreed since i had no choice, then i asked for a comp on the meal cause i had just paid 35.00 for there mistake. She said no they could not do that she said pay for your order or leave. I said thats fine i will pay cause at this point i was starving. I had to wait 23min for 3 double quarter pounders. They had my mothers order done in 2min. I was in shock not only did i get ripped off but i got home. And was so hungry i ate it well it was ice cold and the meat was hard. and there was no way that was a double quarter pounder not only that, i threw up and have been sick ever since. I think they gave me the pattys that been sitting in there all day cause they were mad. So now i have food poison an over drawn bank account. I bought my mother dinner and she is also sick. If you can avoid this store do so at all costs. I will never return and i mean never!

I have been let down by this place on multiple occasions, I work caddy corner so convenience is the only reason I have given them multiple tries. Today was the sealer of the deal. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! How do you wait for 5 minutes when there is only 1 car ahead of you, to receive COLD food, try to give you the wrong combo even after they repeated it when you ordered it (probably cause they didnt ring it in till after you waited 5 minutes for the car in front of you and pulled up to the window). They could have made new hash browns in the 5 minutes I waited, now as we all know, cold hashbrowns are not an uncommon thing so that I could look past but after I tried my iced coffee they just sealed it. It was burnt, I mean BURNT, all the sugar and cream in the world couldnt cover up the fact that it sat on the warmer for 18 hours yesterday and then was used to make my iced coffee today. Worst place to eat in S Everett, keep driving and go anywhere else.

Almost every single time I come here, they either mishear my order or never give me what I ordered. I live an hour away. I dont have time to run back and forth only to be told the ordered I had asked for wasnt heard correctly by the person they put on their drive threw. Usually it is one of their employees who can barely speak English. I am against no one but if they cant understand what people are saying, they shouldnt be in that particular position. Now everyone of the people I am feeding are missing over half of their order and breakfast is over even though I was here 10 min ago. Every single time I come, the employees are extremely rude. The female manager doesnt even care and she will be right next to them. She is equally as unconcerned about the customers as the others. Ridiculous establishment. I will never come back to this horrendous place.

Came and ordered the 3.29 that comes with two cheeseburgers a small fry and small drink. Easy right? Nope asked for two of the meals and asked for no pickle on one meal and no onion on the second meal and asked for no salt so I could have fresh fries. So after waiting for close to five mins my no salt fries were sitting on a try while I waited for two more cheeseburgers to be made. So once again I asked for fresh fries again witch yes they made but..... Really now I have three cheeseburgers with pickles and no onion on four. Come on really its cheeseburgers and fries. Just about the only thing served here. Very sad I came here and didnt drive a little further to 145th

I will never come back to this Burger king. I went to have lunch with my family and the lady taking our order was so rude. Her manager was right next to her and didnt stop her from behaving like that. She acted like she hated her job and the people she was serving. Ive never been treated like that in my life. If I treated people the way she did at my place of employment, I wouldnt have a job. Like I said, I will never go back there and I hope someone talks to the management.

One of the worst fast food places Ive ever gone too, nothing against the staff they all seem nice but they are constantly overwhelmed and under prepared. First time I went here I spent 20 minutes in line waiting for the cashier to figure out how to do something because no one would help her. Last night I ordered two burgers that were ice cold, I doubt they were even cooked. Go across the street to Wendys and save yourself a headache.

I havent really ever enjoyed Burger King and this wasnt the time that swayed my mindset. There isnt really anything special about the food, it wasnt pretty, and it was smashed a bit. Yes, the service was quick, but the employees were all obviously depressed and hate their lives so they dont work hard. I might just be biased but I wouldnt recommend BK.
