When I got there the place was packed. I dont mind waiting at all, but when I got to the front I realized why. All the workers were chatting and joking and laughing. Thats fine of course, but a bit problematic when theres people waiting. When I got to the front the guy working there didnt even talk to me, just paused and stared at me. I told him what I wanted. He picked up the cup to write my order and left the counter to keep joking with his coworkers. Came back just to grab my card which I was holding while waiting. Swiped my card, handed it back and walked away without offering me a receipt or confirming my order. When I looked back, the next person in line wasnt being helped for the same reason of socialization. The guy that made my drink only filled the cup up 3/4 of the way if that and walked away without calling my order. I took it and left. Wont be going back. I feel bad for everyone in line obviously just trying to get in and out.

Starbucks supposedly prides itself on being involved with projects that help improve the community, recycling and "making a difference in the world." I volunteer with a local animal shelter and when I asked if we could put up a flyer with animals available for adoption at the local animal shelter (keep in mind this is no profit to me, just something to help make a difference for local animals, possibly save some from being euthanized, and promote pet recycling -- and possibly even reduce our taxes since higher adoption rates means less money is needed by our shelter system!!!), the barista refused. In fact, he didnt even seem to know what an animal shelter was!!! Talk about ignorance like a rock. Anyhow, Im really disappointed in Starbucks all the "trying to help the community and make a difference" is just a crock of grounds. .

Yeah, its often packed up with folks. But, its because they go the extra mile so to speak. And, they make a honest effort to remember your name and your usual drinks. Sometimes, its a madhouse, but youre inclined to expect that stuff in such a comfortable and popular setting... worth the extra time it takes to wait in line!

Coffee was great, but listening to the staff use R-rated conversation with little kids in the coffee shop was sad. Youre more than welcome to speak how you choose to speak, but not while you represent your company and in the presence of small children.

Johnny is the man the myth and the legend I will drive from the valley to this location to see him. Always smiles and laughs best service in town. Starbucks did good with this one the force is strong with Johnny

Okay Starbucks, service was a little slow compared to the many others I have been to. That being said, drink was still made fine and a Starbucks is basically a Starbucks

This place is usually busy with a very large population of regulars. One of the better Starbucks in the area as they are consistent with how they make coffee.
