I cant believe I havent done a review here since I am a frequent customer. The customer service is top-notch. Everyone is happy around here. The music is also what defines this place as relaxed. The difference between here and most starbucks. Starbucks is trying to make everything snazzy. Whereas Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is all about: come here and relax, take a break from everyday life to study, mellow out and converse with your friends. The snack selection is very diverse and its definitely changing every time. Whereas Starbucks, needs to focus on giving us better selections. My favorite things to order is the crumble cheese cake croissants, black forest blended drink with extra cherries, and either the hot or cold hazelnut latte. There are indoor and outdoor seating. Both of the seats inside and outside are very accommodating. IT can even fit the bigger type of person in the seating areas.

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is always better than Starbucks. When you ask for a blended drink at Coffee Bean, you get a blended drink. When you ask for a blended drink at Starbucks, they put their ice through a wood chipper. My daughter hurt herself on a blended drink from Starbucks, it never happened at Coffee Bean. Plus, Coffee Bean supports the troops, Starbucks does not & my husband was a Marine in Saudi Arabia, back in the late 80s. When the ground units attacked, his unit was the first unit to attack. He was on the front line & that scared me, like there was no tomorrow. So, hands down. Coffee Bean, all the way

A very good place to have some high quality coffee. I personally enjoy the coffee they serve here over Starbucks. Their iced toffee nut latte is very good. I also bought some whole bean coffee to make coffee at home (their 10% Kona blend). I made it using the French press method, and there was a nice layer of bubbles on the top, which is an indication that the coffee is fresh. Highly recommended

A reasonable Coffee Bean. Popular studying spot. Lots of seating and power outlets. My favorite location of theirs because its near Stoney Point. Minus a star because its corporate and a bit expensive for what you get. Cold brew nitro for $4.50 (props that they even make a nitro cold brew though)

WiFi is so slow it hurts. However, I continue to come since there is no other coffee bean in the area. This is probably why its always pretty full. Parking is questionable during the evening (due to the gym). I like the drink options, and you warm up to the baristas in time.

Usually very nice and clean, but today I asked an iced coffee with almond milk and no sugar, and got a really sweet coffee with coconut-almond. They could tell me before my order that. And didnt even offer another without sugar. Not a big deal, but kind of weird.

Coffee = Good (Cheaper and better than Starbucks) Wifi =Terrible (129ms Ping, 0.34Mb Down, 0.42Mb Up) Gross. : Took to long to load a webpage. Atmosphere = Nice (place wasnt freezing). Also the place was relatively quiet compared to Starbucks

Only one of three locations in town. This is the only one in its own store front, the other two locations have full sized kiosk like stations. This location has plenty of outdoor seating. Large parking lot.

I used to be a huge starbucks fan until I came to Coffee Bean. Their vanilla iced latte is so much tastier. I especially like coming to this particular location because the staff is always nice to me.

Great coffee and treats! The staff is extremely friendly and the manager/owner was out front in the cafe helping and speaking with customers. I highly recommend this place!
