Waited 15 minutes for my coffee, never got it! Had to ask for a refund! Employees too busy flirting with the customers and engaging in Smalltalk, like they are celebrities or something. The owner of the shop does not discipline his employees properly. First most I blame the owner for my problems.

Come on mgt...6 peoole in line and only 1 person working behind the bar, taking orders and running the cash re register. O thats right the other person was running around with a clipboard, much more important than helping customers.

One little old lady working the counter. Always a line, terrible drinks. They never staff grocery stores Starbucks with enough people.
