Sandwiches are pretty good and reasonably priced, the pickled carrot wasnt for me though. The Boba drink are terrible. Theyre made from a mix and taste nothing like the advertised flavor. If it hadnt been August in the valley I doubt I would have had more than one sip of the mango banana drink I ordered. It tastes like cough syrup.

Delicious Banh Mi sandwiches, authentic Vietnamese Coffee, exotic fruit smoothies and Boba drinks are my weaknesses. Plus the cashier staff was friendly and warm. The kitchen staff were nice too. Good enough for me to come back for more!

But the sandwiches are TOP NOTCH. Bread is crunchy on the outside and soft inside , freshly baked . The meat , any of them are really delicious and nicely seasoned. The pickles are not so thinly cut , perfectly julienned.

Came here for lunch one day. Guy threw the meat in the microwave and then into my sandwich. No thank you, if I wanted to microwave my food I would have brought a lunch.

Definitely the best banh mi sandwiches available. I had the boba as well and enjoyed it. The staff is great, and there was enough parking.
