The Good: The flavors in the vegetable korma were amazing, and all of the food was prepared quickly and ready for pickup when I arrived. The Chicken Tikka Masala wasnt as flavorful as Ive had from other places, but still had a nice kick and an amazing aroma. The Bad: The vegetable pakora, while having good flavors, was overcooked and some of it was even burned. When I got home, I found that no rice had been provided for either of the dishes I ordered. I dont know if it was an oversight or just restaurant policy to sell it separately, but it was not a welcome surprise when I sat down to eat. Overall: I gave it three stars because even though there were a couple of big issues, the flavor profiles were stunning, the staff was very polite, and I would happily order from them again - just over the phone so I can make sure that rice ends up in the bag.

Food is amazing, elegant cuisine and nice atmosphere. However the waiter we had gave us the worst service Ive ever experienced. Went to celebrate my birthday today yet I was ignored, rushed, and treated poorly. He ordered for us before we could say what we were allergic to, nor bothered to ask. We said we had questions about the menu and he never took the time to explain the specials, food or how its prepared. Even when he brought our check he practically wrote in his own tip! Ive never been so insulted.. Ive been here once before for a catered event and had a wonderful time, its just unfortunate that thanks to this one experience I wont be coming back. We came in a group of six for an early dinner. We would have stayed longer and spent more money but honestly did not feel welcome. Our waiter was an older gentleman, with a sour attitude.

Tasty authentic Indian cuisine with a sadly devil may care attitude to service. Once seated, after waiting for a menu as you naturally would, someone gestures you in a blasé manner towards a buffet round the corner, as though it should be obvious. This restaurant is buffet only, you then realize. Perhaps that is for lunch only, nobody has told us anything. The buffet and dessert has no English names, so its down to guesswork again, and the server doesnt stay with you to help. But the buffet food makes up for the lack of attentiveness. Very tasty indeed. The sides, not as much. The garlic naan had no trace of garlic and was rather burnt compared to other Indian restaurants here, and in India. Sitting here I still dont know the price; that much is left to telepathy also. I suppose we will know when the check comes, if it does...

Had a great meal here. I ordered the butter chicken and my Punjabi fiance had of course the Punjabi Goat Meat. He said his dish reminded him of what his uncle used to make back in the day. The servers were very friendly and always checking in on us. The garlic naan is delicious and we were just fine with the plain white basmati. I was originally put off by the prices (a bit expensive for us when we usually go to hole in the wall Indian joints) but Im glad we stayed. This was the best meal out of our Chicago trip. We will definitely be back. Check it out!

I have an Indian biased, my mother is an amazing cook and thus she is the gold standard for comparison. Everytime I come here with my family, they treat us like family and go beyond to always make us happy. The food tastes like my moms cooking in their kitchen, a real treat for us. Ive experienced other great restaurants, but they take the cake for truly authentic Punjabi (north Indian) cuisine, hospitality and the price cant be beat. Dont be fooled by the strip mall location, you wont be disappointed instead your bar will be raised... Cheers!

Absolutely the best Indian food in So. Cal. Excellent buffet variety representative of all other delicately crafted dishes. A must try for all us foodies out there. Nice ambiance with a caring wait staff. Ask for Raj... he really took care of us from start to finish. By the way...you get fulfilling portions at very reasonable prices when ordering A la carte. Putting it simply..."AWESOMENESS IN AN INDIAN RESTAURANT"!!!. .... Have fun.... no disappointments. You wont be sorry you did!

Really tasty and made to order spicy authentic Indian (Punjabi ) food. Tried the restaurant once and ordered Chicken Vindaloo, Paneer Tikka Masala and Malai Kofta along with Garlic naan. The food was a bit oily (but yummy) for my taste but if you go to a dhaba (road side restaurants in India) you will get similar oily food. I would definitely go there to try other items and recommend everyone to try it out.

I lately visited the Royal Tandoor with a friend. We ordered Chicken Makhani with Lamb karahi, butter rice and garlic naan. The food was good with well balanced spices and nothing over powering anything. I would surly recommend you to try it and wont be disappointed. The service was good as usual, the place was clean and restrooms remarkably clean. Keep it up "Royal Tandoor"

My knees shook, sweat dropped from my brow as the seventh gateway to hell opened in my rectum and the flami fury that was royal tandoors food flew out in a wave of vengeanance for being consumed I prayed for forgiveness and that the flow of filth would cease to shoot out of my body like fireworks on the Fourth of July. All within thirty minutes of finishing my meal.

Ive eaten at many Indian Restaurants, but this one definitely stood out to me. The flavors of the appetizers and main dishes are so rich. My favorites are the Gobi Manchurian, and Shahi Paneer. Oh and I recommend getting Garlic Naan, instead of plain. So fresh. Yummm!!!

Been coming here for several years now and the food is always top notch. Ive only had breakfast, large selection of delicious omelettes. Weekends gets pretty busy so you will have to wait upwards of 45 minutes, I prefer going during the week to avoid the wait.

Ive been here three times now and can attest that their food is delicious and of high quality. Vegan options available. Staff is friendly, great prices, nice environment, full bar, very large portions (litterally two meals). What more can you really ask for?

Great find while visiting the area. We loved it! The lamb curry was the most tender, the samosas stuffed to the brim, and the paneer tikka was also delicious. Great flavors and spice and very reasonable pricing. Wish we had this back home!

WOW! Its not often I rate a restaurant 5/5 but this place hands down has it all. Everything was cooked to perfection, the staff were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was also nicely decorated and clean. Definitely worth a try!

This must be the best Indian sustenance in SCV. I presumably eat here once every week. Can never turn out badly with the tikka masala, and garlic naan bread. I exceedingly recommend the zesty wings, they are staggering.
