I was a huge fan of Paradise Biryani Pointe , giving it 1 start due to my recent bad experience with them. I ordered for take away 2 goat biriyani + 2 chicken biriyani + 2 shrimp biriyani + 1 chicken 65 from Paradise Biryani restaurant in Canogo park on Sunday (June 26th) for pickup @ 8:15 PM. Picked up order at around 8:35 PM and kept the food in refrigerator @ 9:15PM. To my surprise, i found that Goat Biriyani is spoiled the very next day at about 10:00 AM. This tells me they gave me food which is cooked long ago. Wrote about my experience to management , got just a regular sorry mail. Highly disappointed with the experience and their standard template response.

Worst Service, worst food. Theres a stinky smell in entire restaurant may be because of unhygienic and not properly cleaned table tops and sofa seats. Vegetable curry we ordered was totally cold, Chapatis were burnt and hard to eat, Biryani was no better than a tasteless veg pulao without any taste of biryani spices. No one bothered to ask how was the food when we left almost all of it, Service was pathetic. Never going to visit again.

We ordered vegetable biryani and what we got was colored rice. There were 6 peas, two beans in the so called vegetable biryani. Two side dishes were given. A liquid concoction that made me puke - I guess it was supposed to be korma! Please dont cheat!

Simply awesome food. Even u r far away from this place its worth to travel here n have ur food. Good quality with good price.must try.. not more spicy not oily perfect cooking n serving. Even waiting time also not more than 10 mins..

Food is hit and miss. Sometimes really fresh and sometimes not so fresh and all you see is red chilli powder excessively added to the dishes. Because of the 50 50 chance, not so bad if your expectations are not too high.

They can make the dishes as per your spicy request level which is cool. Taste is not consistent but OK to have the Biryani here. They add too much food color to the meat. Overall satisfied with this restaurant.

Its totally a paradise place in the Valley. You can eat anything here.. Super quality and friendly staff...I specifically love Shrimp Varuval, Cut Mirchi & Malai Kebab apart from Goat and Chicken Biryani !!!

The shrimp biryani was flavorful, the chicken curry was magnificent. Service was adequate, nothing fabulously good or bad. The food, on the other hand, was fabulous!! Ill be back for sure!!

Vegetable biriyani here is just a colored rice with some masala ,paneer biriyani is better if you want something vegetarian. Other wise curries and starters are good here compared to biriyani.
