New location just opened in Santa Clara, Ca. 1790 El Camino. Had dinner today. I know they are new. I am a fan of Popeyes Chicken. Parking lot small. Clean restaurant, dining area is nice and very clean. Staff are extremely courteous, helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Again I know they are new, but the chicken was hard (overcooked) . Redbeans and rice- (rice was hard). Macaroni and cheese was good. Overall a good place I will return. Thanks for the new location.

The food was okay. It kinda tasted like it had been sitting too long. The person actually messed up every single item on my order. I asked for the boneless wing combo with a side of Mac, some ranch, and a Pepsi and a 3 piece dinner with beans. Received bone-in wings, cajun ranch, fries. For the other plate, I received tenders instead of pieces of chicken and green beans instead of beans.

Great fried chicken spot, I have not had a bad meal there. When it gets crowded they act like they dont know what to do and your food will take 10 to 20 minutes to get to you. Other than that its a great spot.

Very very stingy with fries and the dipping sauce. Dont waste your time go to the one near Saratoga. I had to point out to them their ad said two sauces to get another. CHEAP and UNFRIENDLY.

The cashier without asking marked our orders all dark meat. Dont really care for dark meat, and its overpriced for what you get. If you want great fried chicken go to Black Bear Diner

Friendly people, good service for a fast food joint.. takes a bit longer on Tuesdays to get your order but the 2 piece Tuesday deal is the best anywhere for chicken
