Probably one of the most unorganized and unclean Starbucks I have ever experienced. Staff was friendly but from what I can see they do not keep themselves cleaned and are more focused on chatting with one another rather than making their guests feel welcomed or be part of the community. The food display was just a mess. It looked like it was a buffet line that was a first come first serve display and thats just the pastries. The refrigerator section was empty and again stuff was thrown all over from people picking up food and tossing it back in the fridge. As for rest of the store not once did anyone come by to clean tables or puck up any debris customers left behind or were any of the displays organized and maintained or stocked. I dont expect Starbucks to be 100% perfect but a 90% effort to make it pleasant and enjoyable was not given. Will I go back to this location any time soon. Probably not.

Continent location, adequate coffee, high speed internet and neatly kept cafe, but the customer service department needs some work. The employees could be much more nicer and approachable when ordering. It should not be a challenge to order a cup of coffee. I work with customers, and I know it is good business to express your appreciation of his/her business, not snarkiness. Please leave the attitude at the door when you are dealing with people.

Great ambiance. A bit loud compared to other starbucks so homework or anything along those lines will be interrupted. I recommend bringing headphones and you are solid. They have those tables that can wirelessly charge your phone as well. Outlet quantities are somewhat scarce so be prepared to share.

This Starbucks has very bad customer service they never have bags so I have to carry everything myself I go there every Saturday before work and two weeks in a row they dont have a bag and they mess up my order ..they also dont greet customers when walk in and the girl there is very sarcastic..

Drive thru sucks, literally the car in front us took forever. We waited 10 minutes before closing. When it was our turn it was 10:29, they waited to respond til 10:30 and said they were closed to come back tomorrow at 5 :30 am when they open. I would give no stars if I could

We come to this location often because only drive thru near us and we have to children under 3 years so easiest. But this starbucks always as new people and they never get our order right, have to repeat things 3 times and still not correct. Very frustrating! :-(

My daughter and I were the first customers on the day this store officially open. They were great, but the decline has been steady. Staff is rude and have no sense of customer service, but I guess thats how the management of this store likes about it.

Dont get me wrong it is good place to go for coffee, but if are looking for a place to enjoy your coffee and the internet a place to really relax doesnt even come close to Dunkin Donuts no comparison what so ever. thank you have a great day.

Ive been on the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line has not moved an inch! This was suposed to be a quick breakfast!! Worst starbucks I have ever been to. The sad part is that theres not even a long line! Please avoid this location!!

Judy is f* rude from the way she look and talk to customers. She did not pay attention when taking orders, talk to another person when I was ordering. I have never heard nicely word such as hello, please and thank you from her mouth.

It took 30 min through the drive thru to get our drinks plus we asked for a brownie, they didnt have. A cake pop, negative. A lemon cake? Can you guess? They need more staff at night its not the first time They take this long.

01/20/17 just went for some chai tea late an berry berry drimks, the stuff was great smile but who ever was making my drink, my chai tea late doesnt teste good at all, more water than anything very desapointed with my drink.

I keep getting regular despite ordering decaf. Other aspects of my order are usually wrong, and service is hit or miss. I use the drive thru, maybe going inside is different, but everything should be consistent regardless.

This place sucks. I got stuck in the drive thru for about 15 mins and then when we get up front the guy says he cant break my $50 bill. wtf... Its 2 pm and busy as hell. Didnt even offer to compensate in anyway.
