5 stars for the girls in the shop and for my excellent 32oz iced decaf 5shot 1/2 hazlenut 1/2 dark chocolate latte. It was perfect! However! A big fat 0 stars for whoever is responsible for switching CB&TL bakeries! Came in for my drink and saw chocolate twists. I was excited because theyve been mia for a bit, albeit, they look a little different. Much to my disappointment, you have switched bakeries. Old chocolate twist? Amazing, powder-flaky, soft, loaded, deliciousness. New chocolate twist? Greasy, No flavor, mushy and really kinda gross. I wish CB&TL would consider using the other bakery again. Or tell me who the other bakery is so I can find their items. Please and thank you.

Really nice coffee place indoor as well as outdoor seating. Friendly servers and very clean. They have a 32 ounce cup does the same price as Starbucks 22 oz large. Love their pomegranate blueberry ice Blended drink so refreshing

Hands down this Coffee Bean kicks Starbucks in the butt for customer service. Parker has customer service down pat. He told me to try a drink that he likes and WOW. I am now hooked.
