After waiting 20 minutes to place my order I asked for a bowl with mixed veggies and mushroom chicken. I was then asked to "hold on a second" while a large online order that was placed well after I walked in the door and just before I gave my order was made in front of me (~12 to go plates) which took another 10 minutes or so. Then I was told that I needed to pay for my meal but wait 5 minutes for mixed vegetables. At this point I decided to cancel my order and walk out. This is the second bad experience I have ever had at any Panda Express and both bad experiences were at this location. I would suggest the location on Katella or go to Habit Burger which is next door. Never returning to this location.

They have great tasting food. Although they often run out of food during rush hours and causes extremely long lines. I now visit other Panda Express to avoid the long lines and get what I want. I noticed the managers dont seem to be as proactive as they were before. When we had to wait a long time we were always offered a drink. No the same service and attention to their guests.

Took MORE THAN 30 MINUTES! This was at 8pm on a sunday. They werent even very busy, it just looked like no one cared or understood that they had a line. People behind me began asking "whats going on up there?" To wich I could only reply " practically nothing"
