The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant , Ive been a bdubs customer for the past 5 years but best believe I will never be stepping foot on one of their restaurants. The server "Jonathon" was throwing everything around at our table , giving us unacceptable attitude, when asked to split our bills he sighed really loud in a rude manner and when he got back he screamed at us "Hurry up and sign it right here" and he even threatened us to kick us out with the manager. He stated "I already talked to my manager and you guys are causing problems so if you guys dont leave imma gonna call him". That exact moment I asked myself what we had done wrong, the moment we were all getting up he said " Roll Out". At this point I had just totally lost it , I made sure to keep the receipt and remember the servers name. As long as you guys have employees with that type of attitude, I will never be stepping foot to Bdubs at The block. You guys just lost one customer. It might not mean a lot to you guys but Im sure for someone else reading these reviews they will think twice before going here.

The only reason I am giving this place a one star is because zero stars was not an option! The service aweful. I ordered a chicken tinder salad spun in medium sauce for carryout. I went to pick up the order along with my coworkers order on my lunch break, got back to work and discovered the chicken on the salad had absolutely no sauce on it and no sauce or dressing on the side. Who wants to eat a dry salad!? I called and spoke to the manager who apologized for the mistake but was only sorry enough to comp me 50cents for the sauce. I told her 3 times it was unacceptable because I could not eat the salad and then she said ok I will comp you half the price of the salad. It was at this point that I became livid and she insisted that she had on the security tapes that I was shown the salad before I left and she would not comp me the price of the salad. This place is ridiculous!! They ruined my lunch and then insist I pay for it while calling me a liar? WTF. Me and my coworkers will not be ordering from there again!

Foster at the store 2:50 - 3.00 Dlr Ima Barca fan .....that place when Barcelona plays used to be Jamming any day any time used to be great place for a Barca game today I went there for the first time again in 5 months At 11:50am I was thinking to EAT , DRINK more then one beer (Im latino most we dont drink one) ghetto bigscreen its getting worse every time . cheapest beer 6.50 bartender mad and laughing on me with sarcasm cus I ask for the Barcelona game . I ask him before I buy my beer if they going to have the game . he said ...im sure . finally a cool guy put it on the ugly bigscreen thank you again dude! . the reason I was there. and some lunch ppl start to show up. bartender treat so wonderful to the white dude next to me drink my beer so fast .I watch 45 of game the bartender never ask me anything the whole time ask & talk to every customer in the bar but me .. even some ppl show up no wonder was empty . nice ppl in the front desk tho. run out of there and I will never can back again !!

Horrible service. My drink, Sierra Mist, smelled and tasted like crap. Told my waitress about my concern and asked for another drink. She gave me attitude, but still brought the drink. It was good no problem there. I asked for a refill and started eating all my food. I saved my very anticipated 3rd drink for after my meal only to take a big gulp of an even nastier dirty tasting drink. I went to the restroom to throw up, I tried very hard not to, but the taste lingered. I decided to talk straight to the manager only to get excuses that of "its just carbinated water." I can assure you, IT WAS NOT JUST CARBONATED WATER, I know how straight carbination tastes. He then blamed that I couldnt handle there hotest wings and that was the reason why I threw up. He tried very hard to make sure he was right; very disappointing. At the very least I didnt have to pay for the drinks I kinda drank. 1 Star for free nasty drinks!!! Santa Ana Location is waaaaaay better. Plus you can take happy hour to go!

Horrible service!!! El bartender Daniel pesimo servicio no es amable y solo le da buena atictud a sus amigos tomo mucho tiempo para q nos atendiera todo absolutamente todo tardo y para acabar todavia mas pesimo termino dandole mi tarjeta a otra persona q le dio buen uso por esa noche es tonto q aparte d que no dan buen servicio hagan eso nunca mas ire a ese lugar ,la comida y bebidas muy bien pero el servicio Horrible!!!

We were seated back by the restrooms and for some reason the area smelled like sweat. It also doesnt help that the place feels extremely dark. Service was slow. The restaurant was not busy for a Sunday, yet it took awhile for a simple order of wings and corn dogs to come out. In addition, our server rarely came around to check on us. What is so strange is that there were A LOT of servers, yet our service was dismal. We ordered a large order of traditional wings, 20 wings, 1/3 parmesan garlic, 1/3 mild and 1/3 honey BBQ. The wings were tasty and fried just right. The honey BBQ was a tad too sweet. The parmesan garlic was good but probably a little too saucy. I felt the corn dog appetizers was a rip-off. 10 tiny corn dogs for $7 (see pic) I would not recommend this place.

I love BWWs but this location is awful. We came here for dinner and there was literally a mob standing out front. I went to put my name in and was told it was a 90 minute wait, looking into the restaurant I could see empty tables which confused me... I asked what about outside, and was told that they were not seating outside. We ate elsewhere, also not a good experience, and on our way back to the car there was still a crowd out front and there were still empty tables, and there were people eating on the patio, but still open tables. Maybe they needed to hire better staff to ensure the tables are seated and served, this will help profits, help servers earn more tips, and have satisfied diners.

Weve been visiting the area for a week and this is probably the only place weve had a bad experience every time we come to try and eat...there are plenty of hostesses standing around the front area that dont seem to intent on helping anyone...the patio area has been empty both times we stopped and we were told that area was closed although several customers were spread out in the area...it seems that the staff is not too intent on helping anyone...its too bad because back home and other places we have traveled to throughout the year, we have have been fortunate enough to deal with a staff that seems interested in serving their customers. Its a shame...
