Horrible. I was on hold for 10 minutes on a Thursday. Once I got help, the girl on the phone took my order. Didnt know anything I asked her. In fact she just set the phone down and asked everyone else. I could hear everything being said. Once my order for delivery was taken, she said OK itll be 2 hours. Im like wait what? No way will I wait 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. Ill just come and get it myself. So, after she says she didnt charge me, and just had to start over, I gave her all my info again and what I wanted. Thankfully so, because she got my order horribly wrong the first time. Then she tells me another price. Its more expensive. She says because she got it wrong the first time. So after a 20 minute phone order, I say OK. Ill be there in 30 to get it. I go in, pay, and leave. Two days later I see I was charged twice. The first woman did indeed charge me the first time after she said she didnt. I call, and speak to a manager. He says he can reimburse me for the extra charge. I get all the info printed out on my bank statement to show him (as asked), arrive at the store and the manager wasnt there anymore. Then rudely Im told well I guess youll have to wait until hes back then. In 15 or 20 minutes. The pizza always takes forever to be delivered, and its usually horrible quality. In fact, a couple slices of one of my pizzas werent even whole. They were shoved together to make it look like a full piece, when they were all broken apart. Definitely wont be using them ever again. Absolutely horrible. Id also like to add, when I got my refund, the manager only refunded one price instead of both for all the trouble I went through. He also was making it seem that I "beat the system" because he said my bank account would probably later show another transaction from them, giving me my money back. Well, 4 days later, I still dont see anything in my bank account refunding me anything. He also said "but Ill trust you to be a good hearted person and refund you the money right now. But you probably beat our system since its only been a day or two since the first transaction." I was completely offended. Like Im some money hungry person, when it was they who screwed up. Not me.

This Pizza hut frankly DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR rating but unfortunately there is nothing as 0 star. This is one of the WORST PIZZA HUT I have ever seen in the United States in last 20 years. I have at least gone over 20 times to this Pizza Hutt and they HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE DELIVER THE RIGHT PIZZA THAT I HAVE ORDERED!!! Sometime we asked no black olives there will be black olives, we ask PAN Crust but they will give thin crust, we ask the pizza to be well done they will make it raw, we asked half chicken and half veggie they will make all chicken and so on and on.. I got so frustrated that I promised never to go to this store again even if I am required to go to Fremont or go to Round Table Pizza, I am OK but I WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS PIZZAHUT again. This is the WORST EVER experience in any of the US Store in last 20 years or so. I never saw such un-professional store that has NEVER BEEN ABLE to deliver the order as required!!! I will be willing to travel longer distance or pay extra money for round table pizza but this is a store I will never visit again!!! Its astonishing to see that the tri-valley Dublin, Pleasanton and San Ramon has only one Pizza Hutt and people are forced to go there. If there is another good pizza Hutt nearby than I do feel that these guys would go out of business. At present, they are surviving because there is no alternative pizza hut. I hope and wish, sooner or later there is an alternative and the consumer have a shy of relief..

This place runs by a different price menu than the nationally advertised prices....the pizza is spongey....slam bam thank you mama ...NO Flavor..... On hold 9 mins and all they said was sorry, were busy? We are not going back.....they are just too successful I guess and they dont need our business for the Blah...blah tasting pizza (if you can call it that?) Kids didnt feel good after eating it ....Health dept , is it clean? Bad.....phone people.....bad counter people and the owner/manager NEVER called us back about the change in prices we wanted to talk about!!!!!!!!!!! Bait & switch scum operation..... NOT RETURNING...........RIP OFF ! ! ! !

It was very unpleasant experience today for me. I ordered online and it showed up 2 hours wait time for pizza to be ready ( 9 pm). My kids will go for sleep before 8:30 pm, so decided to cancel but no body is picking the call. I tried calling 4 to 5 time, then ordered from papajohns. Surprisingly when I go to pizzahut store to cancel order, pizza was ready for delivery. I asked why they are not picking the calls, staff replied there is nobody to pickup the calls. This is the first time in last 9 years my stay happened like this, very disappointing. Since there is no pizzahut in this area customers cant be taken granted.

Take out order is almost never ready. Just now I came from the same store with an order of cheesesticks which was booked online. It was not ready and I was made to wait 30 mins. So the total waiting time was 1 hour. The same thing happened during previous order few weeks back. On top of that, I got pepperoni pizza instead of vegi pizza. This store is mismanaged and in utter disorder. Im going there by force and not by choice as we dont have any other pizza hut store near by. Another thing is, if you try to book the order online, the deals never available at this store.

We Live on Camp Parks Military Instlation, drivers refuse to delivery on base, they ask to be met in the parking lot in front of the base. I feel this is poor customer service when DELIVERY is offered. Drivers should maintain the proper driver licenses and insurance to be a DELIVERY DRIVER to make the customer service 100% full filling. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Driver did not even TRY to get on base before we received the phone call! I refuse to order from this Pizza Hunt location ever again!!!

Wish I could give this location ZERO stars. Placed an order online for delivery, called repeatedly after an hour and a half of waiting. It took 3 times for someone to finally pick up. The lady swore she didnt have any online orders pending. I asked to have the order refunded, and miraculously she instantly found the order in her system to refund. Sure wish there was a Dominos within delivery range!!!

Are usually dont write reviews but I thought I had to for this one. We just picked up a pizza and they had made a size large instead of a personal size. They said it was their fault and quickly just gave me the larger pizza for the same price as the personal one. They were very kind and nice and happy to make it right. I appreciate that kind of service.
