I myself, am an ex Jamba Juice employee. I worked for the company for nearly a year, so its pretty safe to say that I am a critic when It comes to Jamba Juice. Most of my experiences with this store are really good, cant complain. My drink is made perfect 90% of the time, and the customer service is usually phenomenal. There is only one thing about this store that I just cannot stand. One of the managers, a guy by the name of Matthew. How he ever got to be a manager, is just beyond me. Every time I see him working there, (and i go to this location a few times a week), he literally looks like he hasnt bathed in a week or longer. His hair is noticeably oily. Putting his looks aside, this guy is a total moron. I was watching him make a drink today, and a woman who order a tropical greens, asked if he could put extra ice and in a bigger cup. At first he did this fine, but when she asked for even more ice, he put too much so he used the ice scoop to scoop out the green ice, and threw it back into the ice bin, and put the filthy ice scoop back in the metal container. Not only that, while the blenders were blending drinks that i guess werent mixing very well, he sat there banging on the top of the plastic casing of the blenders, as if thats going to help. I honestly feel that this guy either needs more team member training, or maybe just some common sense training.
