I drive past so many restaurants on my way to LA Strada. Heres why. The hospitality is genuine. The bar hidden in the back is a great place to have a quiet dinner. The service is reliably kind and helpful. The food is really good and served in generous portions so you will leave feeling like you had dinner at your Italian grandmothers house. I go early to beat the crowd and no matter what I order I leave happy. LOVE this place!

It is the best italian restaurant in the bay area, i worked there for 2 years and the owners are a great persons, and the food is a very original italian taste, i recommend it to have a great time with the family. There is a good place, i really miss my ex-coworkers. Greetings to: Martin, Adrian, Felix, Imelda, Terry and all persons who work with. I found this restaurant in the entertainment book and decided to go for a drive and give it a try. What a score! The food was great, and our food server Toni was friendly and funny. Shes the type who doesnt need to write anything down, and manages to remember the details of a particularly specific order. The risotto pescatore had a nice quantity and assortment of seafood, and was very tasty. We will be going back!

First time and everything was great! The service was perfect, from the hostess to the waiter. The food was full of flavor, except the cesar salad- it might have just been an off day in the kitchen. Seriously not an issue for us because everything else was delicious!! We will be back!

The best part of the meal was the bread and even that was subpar. This restaurant could use help from Gordon Ramsey. La Strada sounds like it should be on kitchen nightmares. Aside from the food though, the servers were actually pretty good. Attentive and friendly, so +1.

Its really kind of sad the restaurant itself had fantastic 5 star level food but the service was 2 stars extremely lackluster. I think the most disappointing part was that there was at-least 4 staff members in the front of the house and only 6 tables with customers.

My favorite neighborhood restaurant. Great Italian food and good service. I have going for years, since it opened. HE had most of the menu items a d have never been disappointed. Love the olive oil and garlic mixture they serve with bread.

I would give 5 stars but due to our server, Bartolo, I can only give a 4. He definitely was not attentive to our table. Being attentive to all his tables was difficult. I will definitely make sure he never serves me again.

The crown jewel of San Pablo. Excellent food, friendly staff. Whenever Im anywhere near Richmond, I make my way over and enjoy a cocktail in the back bar. The clams and muscles are excellent

Nice quaint restaurant. Went out for a holiday luncheon with 10 of my coworkers. The service was okay for such a busy day. My chicken dish was undercooked. I dont think Ill be revisiting.
